USPS Shipping mod. HELP!!

I use my Test Customer account and have an address for the US and an address for Canada, among 36+ other email address that I like to rest ...

Then, I go to the checkout and just change the Shipping Address to generate the different Debug logs ...

You will see logs such as:
SHIP_usps_Debug_08232013131322_US_44026_0lb_1oz.log
SHIP_usps_Debug_08232013131348_CA_M4B1B3_0lb_1oz.log

I think the USPS I gave you adds the lbs and oz on the end of the filenames ...

The first part means it is a USPS shipping log:
**SHIP_usps_Debug_**08232013131322_US_44026_0lb_1oz.log
**SHIP_usps_Debug_**0823203131348_CA_M4B1B3_0lb_1oz.log

the next part is the Date and Time:
SHIP_usps_Debug_08232013131322US_44026_0lb_1oz.log
SHIP_usps_Debug08232013131348_CA_M4B1B3_0lb_1oz.log

The next part is the Country and Zip Code:
SHIP_usps_Debug_08232013131322_US_440260lb_1oz.log
SHIP_usps_Debug_08232013131348CA_M4B1B3_0lb_1oz.log

Okay here is the Zip File with the USPS and debug files in it.

Oh,,,, opps will need to send you an international log too brb will do that now

What version Zen Cart are you running?

We are running version - v1.3.9h

And have you an URL that we could peek at for your site?

Could you copy this file testconnect.php to a directory on your server such as:
/extras

and make sure the permissions are 755 on it then run the file with:
twentyhoovestack.com/extras/testconnect.php

and see what it shows?

The results may help your hosting provider fix issues on your server as you do not seem to be able to connect properly to USPS ...

I would gladly do that but I am not seeing that PHP file in my Extras Folder... Below is a screen shot of all I see in there???

Sorry I attached the file to my post after you my have read it ...

You would unzip that attachment and then via your FTP you load it to your server in the /extras directory ...

Then you run the file to see what it say ...

My bad ... you do not need to change permissions ...

But you run it from your server with:
twentyhoovestack.com/extras/testconnect.php
