It's fixed.

The code was not seeing UTF8 properly. I believe this is the site that's been through some updates, changes and has a bit of history... ;)

I've installed the newest CKEditor in your editors/ folder, the older versions now have directory names ending in '_old'

Ultimately it was a problem with the js not seeing the correct language and trying to pass it back to the php.

Thank you so very much sugar, I had to install everything with newest updates -- especially html editor ---since 1.51 does not come with editor installed....LOL This one is easy to use and I likes it...LOL

I may have gotten the wrong version since I do handle more 1.3.9h stores vs this newer version.
