problem with upgrade from v151 to v153 - help please

Quick jump in seeing that a solution is near. Please be sure to either post the solution or a link to this thread (possibly to the point where this line of questioning began) or both in the other thread... Helps to tie them together in case one is trying to find the solution to their problem which is in someways unique here.
