Telephone number gives error when minimum value is any number above zero

I am not sure what all changes are in your templates and overrides ...

I would recommend using something like Beyond Compare to ensure all files on the server and your templates and overrides are updated to the new code in a clean checkout of v153 ...

It sounds like you may have file(s) out of date ...
