This is not correct. You should always install the template package first, then other plugins. This way any plugins with files in the template override folder will work correctly with no additional copying of files, etc.

To start off Anne... "I'm NOT Picking a Fight.. just an old mans observations from building websites for over 25 years... LOL"

I have found, It is Best to install ANY template last Because...

1. most addons, Admin or front-end are less than 20 pages/files (most under 10)
2. Most addons work "out of the box" with few changes to core files
3. Most templates are over 150 pages/files (Your RSP has 199 files in 66 directories) Lots of Hard Work...

Therefore when you install the template last and it breaks one of the addons, you only have 20/or less pages/files to dig through to fix the problem not 200...

Using this formula I had only 2 things to fix after installing the cart, 6 addons and the RSP template. All total it took 27 hours to do a fresh install, add over 3700 products and process my first order via pay pal (most of the time was converting the rss/xml feeds to the right csv layout for propagation of products) I still have some "cosmetic tweaks", like the box sizes, but that is never ending....

I want to THANK You and All the people who are working on Zen cart for your hard work. I have already made the suggestion that 8 others switch to zen cart and your template since it WORKS on any device...

If you are talking about the empty spaces where boxes should be.. it is a limitation of zen cart to adjust box sizes due to you having different lengths of product names and different size images.

If you read post #776 on page 79 you will see how I fixed it on my site.... may not be the "right way" but it worked... LOL

Sorry, that post doesn't help. No information for the fix.

I have fixed it. I have a problem. I have 12 items in that category I have it set to 6 per page and it shows all 12 in page. What is the problem?

I have another issue. I have an iPad 2 I am getting an overlap on my header. Here is an image. How can I fix this?

How can the Menu button be more visible or prominent? Some people may not understand what 3 dashes mean in mobile viewing. I think i saw the word menu underneath.

Go to your Admin>Configuration>Index Listing>New Products Columns Per Row
If you have set to 1 change that to 3 and see that changes it.

These are set correctly as 3 and when you go to the all products, special products, new products etc. links in the category side box the products show up in three rows. The problem is that on the opening page and other category pages the boxes below which are labeled Newest, Specials and Featured are all in single column not 3 across,

Give this a shot go to Admin>Configuration>Maximum Values>New Products Module: Change that to 9 if isn't on 9.

Had similar problem but only with Featured Products - turned out to be related to previous template (Winchester Black Responsive) that had a setting in the admin/config and database that is not used in Responsive Sheffield Blue - but the old setting remained in database and interfered. If this sounds like might be your case, check post #756 in this forum for how I fixed.

I would like to add another tab to go with Description, Details and Reviews. I have found Tabbed Products Pro v1.20-for155. Would this interfere with this template or is there a better/easier way to do it?

I have been trying to get an answer to adding the tabs Description, Details and Reviews for a long, long time and can't seem to get one. I really don't understand?? I am using v.1.54. Can't find it anywhere. It's not in product info. and I can't find it in the layout boxes controller either.

Perhaps you could explain what it is in the first post at that thread that is not understood? Basically what is explained is the file(s) that are in ZC 1.5.5 that are modified by installing this plugin. That by replacing those files with what is provided in ZC 1.5.5 or modifying the file(s) with to replace the content as described will restore functionality.

Well that it not go well. At the moment I cannot use Tabbed Products Pro v1.20-for155 with this template, but someone will find out how to.
