Numinix Product Fields

I have downloaded the version dated 26th March 2015.

I have had a very interesting problem; when I upload ```
numinix_product_fields\optional_catalog\includes\templates\MY_TEMPLATE\product_info\extra_main_template_vars/numinix_product_fields.php

this causes a double '/' to be displayed so that my icons are missing for login etc.. The code that pops up is```
<img class="login-icon" alt="login icon" scr="includes/templates/carlisle_fresh/product_info//login.png'></img>
``` and after some help from Trinity it was tracked down to the folder ' product_info' in the wrong place. Removing this folder removes the error.
The question is where should the file 'numinix_product_fields.php' go?
Re: Numinix Product Fields
As this is 3rd party and not part of the ZenCart code you would be best to ask Numinix
So if this is the case, 99.9% of all questions should then be put under the same category. Say why has this not been told to them?
I have been to the address you have given. It is just another download of the same plugin I have got.
Thinking about this problem and you may have the wrong end of the stick. It is not that I do not know where to put the file, the file is causing a double '/' so I am asking where can I put the file that is causing the problem so that I do not get the double '/' and still use the plugin
Sarcasm will get you nowhere with me! As I said before if you class this as a 'third party' problem, then you should give your comment to 99% of questions in this forum.
Being obstinate will not get you anywhere - most of us volunteer here and are willing to assist those that want to help themselves
As I said before if you class this as a 'third party' problem,
Did you get this in the official ZenCart distribution??
Well then it is 3rd party
If you have a look for the 'plugins' section zencart website you will find this module there. Here is the link. If you are going to quote something I have written in a previous post (number 7) do not take it out of context.
So again if you are applying the third party rule to this post, you are applying it to 99% of the posts on zencart forum.
Actually, that's exactly the folder that I'm guessing that the numinix_product_fields.php file should go.  It's a folder meant to override the main_template_vars.php file present in the /includes/modules/pages/product_info directory.
You have still never answered my question. If this is your rule, why have you not posted against them and told them that there post is to do with 3rd party so do not post here
Re: Numinix Product Fields
It is not "My Rule" - it is just fact
There are many topics in Community Contributed Add-Ons other than this one "General Questions" devoted to support of these 3rd party plugins
Re: Numinix Product Fields
Does anybody know how I get Numinix Product Fields to display on the front end of my website? Which documents do I edit and what code do I need to add?
Re: Numinix Product Fields
I've played around with this for two days and still can't get it to display the additional fields when adding a product.
I have this working on an older install, and I'll try installing that version.
The docs for this version needs work.
Adding the additional fields on the catalog is NOT automatic.
However built into zencart is the function zen_products_lookup()
Fairly straight forward, if you wanted to look up field air_mail, and your products_id was in variable $products_id you could echo the following
zen_products_lookup($products_id, 'air_mail')
Re: Numinix Product Fields
The possibilities are really flexible.
Example if you wanted to modify the product page to add "air_mail" you can go to:
includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/templates/tpl_product_info_defailt.php
and echo: zen_products_lookup((int)$_GET['pID], 'air_mail') where you want it to appear.
So it is just one to add?
