roeghar:
Our sites earthsongfibers.com and earthsongorchard.com and c-panel are finally up this morning. Web mail is available, but mail via our mail client is still down. Also, camelot-hosting.com is still down. Quite and ordeal. We've been with camelot-hosting for about 12 years and have never seen anything like this. Outages have usually been short and help has been available. I hope, however, they find a sever farm that is more responsive. It's hard to understand how they could have taken so long getting us back on line.
HD Work Gear is now showing, still waiting for mail and c-panel. Very happy to be back on track!

Tony, I'm seeing several affected sites are still not up. (Still showing the default-site page.)
And from here, camelot-hosting.com shows as unreachable.
and DIG shows errors, with no IPs

Camelot is a DNS issue,
server10 domainname is a DNS Issue
those having issues with errors try changing your php settings in cpanel
there should be no issues with domain names though try clearing cache

Okay, finally, the handful of affected sites I'd been looking at are responding now. For browsers anyway.
For one, did have to clear the browser history for that site.
FTP is being uncooperative though. Some sites giving PASV failures, falling back to PORT which fails. Others rejecting login outright, despite same login with cPanel being fine.

Marg:
gremlin-bells.com is not up... please check it again.
Hi Marg,
I was just able to access gremlin-bells.com and click around lots of pages in the store.
Do you have another browser on your computer? ie: Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari? Just to try one that hasn't got a cached (remembered) "down" page?

I just tried gremlin-bells.com and got on fine as well...my site is up but we are having issues with customers that have us in favorites that have tried to get on and got the error messages still getting the error message and not the fixed site. I posted to have them clear their history and try again...seems to be working??? However I am going to assume anyone that tried to get on my site during the downtime and got the error will still get it and assume we are either still down or out of business....I sent in a service request to Camelot with this and I am sure when they have time they will address it but it still may be an issue....
