Visitors have to register or log in to use "Contact Us" form

Out do I set the site so that visitors don't have to register and or log in, in order to send a message via the "Contact Us" or "Ask a Question" forms?

I would like visitors to my site to be able to send me their messages without needing to register and or log in.
