Zen Cart: 1.5.8a, 2.0.x, 2.1.0, 2.2.x, 2.3.x and 3.0.0, one package
PHP: 7.4 through 8.5
License: GPL-2.0
What it does
Zen Cart changes attribute prices in Catalog > Attributes Controller, one product and one attribute at a time. On a store where most products are priced by attributes, a round of price changes means opening every product. This adds Catalog > Quick Attribute Price Update: find the attribute rows you want across all your products, type the new prices right in the table, and save them all with one button.
- By product: exact IDs and ranges,
12, 15, 40-55. - By category, with or without everything in its subcategories (linked products included).
- By option name and option value: every product's Size option, or just Size: 1 inch, on one screen.
- Plus product name or model, Active/Inactive, and Priced Rows Only to hide rows with no price; 25 to 200 rows per page.
- Grouped by product, with each product's base price and its "Starting at" price, and links to edit the product, open it in the Attributes Controller, or change its base price in Quick Price Update when that's installed.
- Edit in the table: the prefix (+, - or blank), the price and the one-time price. Changed rows are highlighted and counted, and only those rows are saved.
- Checked before anything is written.
1,234.50works;12,50is refused rather than misread. A row that doesn't pass comes back highlighted with what you typed. - No overwriting each other. If a row changed somewhere else after your page loaded, it's skipped and you're told which one.
- The storefront stays right. For every product a save touches, the value Zen Cart sorts by price with is refreshed, so price sorting and "Starting at" prices update, and the product's last-modified date is stamped.
- Notes for what a row's price doesn't show by itself: Free, Display Only, Default, Not Discounted, Not in Base Price, price factors, quantity prices, and word or letter pricing. A product whose own price is 0 but which isn't set to Priced by Attributes is flagged, since shoppers may see a price of 0.
- A link in the Attributes Controller: its Additional Actions menu gets "Quick Attribute Price Update: This Product" (or "This Category").
Admins without the page in their profile don't see it, its menu entry, or the link.
Encapsulated. One folder under zc_plugins/, installed from Plugin Manager. No core files are changed, no tables are added, and there are no settings. Uninstalling takes it off the menu and leaves nothing behind.

Companion: Quick Price Update changes products' own (base) prices and quantities: https://www.zen-cart.com/threads/207447. This page links to it when both are installed, but each works alone.
The full documentation (readme.html) is inside the plugin and linked from the Plugin Manager panel.
