Track Package from FedEx, UPS, Postal, DHL, etc..

I am please to announce that I have finally completed Ty Package Tracker v2.0.
New in this version:
-There is a separate sidebox that show the customers past orders. Customer can track their orders from the sidebox or from the "My Account" page.
-Configurations are done in the Admin Page. You may have up to 5 different carriers. You can change, add, or turn off carrier from this page.
-Mod has been completely redone. It does not overwrite any files.
-Mod can be easily intergrate to work with the Super Orders mod.

This version is a beta version. I have tested it on my site and it seems to work fine. I would like other people to test the beta version before I make it public.

wondering about the release status of this contrib. I have found a d'load of the beta but don't want to install it on a live server. Do you have a predetermined beta period?

The next version will be release this Memorial weekend. I have to make some minor changes before releasing it.

Everything seems perfect, except the heading of "Date Added | Status | Tracking ID | Comments" and the Tracking ID's content don't show up at all at customer account's Status History & Comments.

Am I missing something? I am using Z 126 with Ty 126b

Update: When you click on the links in Previous Order sidebox it should return a secure mode.

To update your module.
Option #1:
Download the new version and copy the 1 file
\includes\templates\template_default\sideboxes\tpl_track_orders.php to your sever

Option #2:
Change the code on line 22.
Look for :```
zen_href_link(FILENAME_ACCOUNT_HISTORY_TRACK, 'order_id=' . $customer_orders[$i]['id'])

and replace it with: ```
zen_href_link(FILENAME_ACCOUNT_HISTORY_TRACK, 'order_id=' . $customer_orders[$i]['id'],'SSL') 

NOTE: You are simply appending the ,'SSL' argument to the link.

Version 2.x will only work with Zen Cart 1.3.x versions.

I just added v1.2x_Ty_Package_Tracker.zip to http://www.kaptivaimports.com/pub/
Users that are still using the Zen Cart 1.2.x must download v1.2x_Ty_Package_Tracker.
This version will work on 1.2.5d to 1.2.7d.
(I'm not sure why you are still using the old versions. You should upgrade to Zen Cart 1.3.0.1.)

I just installed the latest update to your mod. I am having a problem with the filenames. In admin when you try to access the tracking via customers, the last option shows BOX_CUSTOMERS_TRACK. If you click on the link you get logged out of admin. The box on the index page has a missing define as well. The heading on the sidebox reads: BOX_HEADING_TRACK_ORDERS. I don't know if I missed something or not. I have gone over the files a few times and I can't find anything I missed.
Any idea what the problem could be? BTW I have the latet version of ZenCart installed.

Looks like you are missing a few files.
Go to Admin->Tools->Developers Tool Kit
and search for file BOX_CUSTOMERS_TRACK.
See if it is on your server.

By default, the setting is located at
/admin/includes/boxes/extra_boxes/ty_package_tracker_customers_dhtml.php
/admin/includes/extra_datafiles/ty_package_tracker.php
If you rename the folder admin to something else, you must also rename the folder in this module.

Go to Admin->Tools->Developers Tool Kit
and search for file BOX_HEADING_TRACK_ORDERS
By default, the setting is located at
/includes/extra_datafiles/ty_package_tracker.php

I just typed a nice long detailed response to your reply and when I hit submit reply, I got a page cannot be displayed and it was lost. So...bottom line, the site I added the package tracking to is 1.3.0.1. I used your version V2.1a
I looked up the constants and they are showing but possibly in the wrong place. I will check them again and possibly reinstall the contribution.

This is a nice module, I do have just 1 question to ask and that is how do you change the shipping company within the Admin Area when you enter the tracking number?
I'm just showing shipping company 1 not the rest I have listed.

Which version of Ty_package_Tracker are you using?
This bug was found on the beta version but the updated version fixed the bug.
