Admin Page Won't Display.

Rather than fooling with permissions and guessing ...

How about delete the files that it says cannot be found and reload them from a clean copy of Zen Cart to their default permissions ...

NOTE: your shop is loading ... your admin is not ...

Download the file /admin/includes/configure.php

Rename the directory /admin to /admin_old

Now reload the /admin in entirety and then upload the /admin/includes/configure.php that you saved from your site ...

NOTE: check that this is the Admin configure.php and not an accidental copy of the Catalog configure.php

The host is a friend of mine and has all the lates stuff running on his server

In that case, I'd send a support ticket to the web hosting service you're related with and ask for an inspection of your folder permissions settings. If they cannot handle it - run and ring the bell on some doors who can really host Zen Cart properly. In the mean time, you can always visit the ' certified hosting plans ' section from this site. :wink2:

The previous posts solved our problem with the old version. Unfortunately, our boss wants us to use the new version of ZenCart. We have successfully installed the new version but the Admin Login Page is acting up again.

Although this time, the error message is different.

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at https://www.costaricapharmacyonline.com.

We followed the same instructions that made the old version work with this one, but the error message is still the same. And it couldn't be the server since we can login to the host of the site and the Shop/Index page of the default ZenCart.

If you can see two different results from the same server, which your hoster's shop works great and yours badly, did you checked your web error logs to see what might be the source of the problem ? If not, you can visit your host's control panel access account and post, here, the related errors you might have in order to see what might be wrong. :wink2:
