Paypal orders not showing in admin

Ok here's the problem I am faced with currently....... we ran a test on our client's cart and.. the paypal order test did not show up in the customer order area but the COD order did..... I am trying to find the root of the problem, her IPN is set up correctly both in paypal and in the payment paypal module but I am uncertain as to why the order is not showing.......

I need help ASAP and have already browsed the forums but didn't find any workable solutions.

What version of Zen Cart are you using?
What version of PHP?
What currencies are these transactions in?
What currencies are used in your store?
Do you have an /includes/languages/english/YOURTEMPLATE/meta_tags.php file?
