Let me just confirm if the following is true, based on the info you provided...
Your main website is https://www.mountainspices.com and it is a "stand alone" website?
and
You have zen cart installed on this website inside the mountainspice.com directory?
and
you have named the directory that the cart is installed in "catalogue"?
and
the image file in question is located inside the image folder, which is inside the catalogue folder?

Yes it is stand alone website.
Zen Cart is installed in a file called "catalogue" until I am done and then it will be moved to root for publishing.
Yes the image is inside the images file which is inside the "catalogue" file.

Not to insult your intelligence by asking basic questions, but I have learned from my own experience that often time it's the littlest things we overlook, especially when working on the cart for hours at a time
So let me ask you this...
You have tried inputting this URL into the box?
http://www.mountainspices.com/catalogue/images/Desertspice.jpg
and
You have looked in your image folder to confirm that:

The reason I asked this question:
Is because if you use the image elsewhere, such as a product image or category image, the image file may be somewhere else like....images/products or images/categories.
While awaiting your response, I looked around your site and noticed that you do indeed use this image as a product image. Is it possible that you uploaded the product image to images/products and not to the main image folder? Although you can upload images to any directory you want to, these are common directories/folders to use under those circumstances.
I ask this because the only reason for a broken link to show is that the add image tool is unable to locate the image using the image path you provided.
So before we look for bigger issues, I ask all these questions to rule out the little and most common possibilities.

If this helps, this is the location of the image being used:
http://www.mountainspices.com/images/DesertSpice.JPG Note the uppercase D and S and JPG suffix

In post 444, you say:> The URL is:
In post 445, you say: > The website is: http://www.mountainspices.com
Path to image: catalogue/images
**Image name: Desertspice.jpg **
In post 450, you say: > http://www.mountainspices.com/images/DesertSpice.JPG ** Note the uppercase D and S and JPG suffix **
The file name used in the URL must match the actual file name exactly. According to the info you have provided, this is not the case. This is likely the cause of your problem.
If the D and S are capped in the file name, they must also be capped in the URL.

Hi,
I'm using version 1.3.9.
Is there a way of putting the EZ page header on 2 lines
ie:
:: Contact ::
____Us
I've tried putting </br> and <p> but that splits the whole header.
Thanks

Have you tried <br /> instead of </br> ?

Just a quick question.
I want to create three individual side boxes. All have the same function.
I created a EZ Page.
Basically when you click the link/image in the side box that EZ Page opens up.
Should I use the mod Blank Sidebox? I have it installed but do not know how to link the EZ Page I created.
Or will the EZ Page built in do this? I know by default it comes with Important Links & Additional Info side boxes. Should I use those instead? If so how would I begin since I want three individual side boxes each with their own links.
TIA.

How do I turn off the EZ-Pages Header Bar?
There are two ways to turn off the EZ-pages header bar. Firstly, it won't show if there are no links there, so turning off all link in the header (Admin > Tools > EZ-Pages) would also suppress display of the bar itself.
Even quicker would be to go to Admin > Configuration > EZ-Pages Settings and set the value of "EZ-Pages Display Status - HeaderBar" to zero.
Turning it off in the admin is SUPPOSED TO COMPLETELY REMOVE THE BLACK BAR AND THE HOME ICON, BASICALLY MAKING THE WHOLE THING DISAPPEAR, correct? Becuase mine does not, the black bar goes across the screen with that HOME icon.

Zen Cart doesn't have a home icon, so maybe that's something added by your template. Or maybe you're referring to the home link, but that's not part of the EZ-Pages Header bar.
Either way, it's difficult to provide further advice without seeing the site.

Hi,
Could someone please confirm - As EZ pages are dynamic they don't have any value in terms of SEO? I would be better spending time creating a content rich category or product page?
Thanks

Hi - I have made a new EZ-page called 'Size Chart' and want to link it to a page that I have made using the relative link 'index.php?main_page=size_chart'. My questions are should the file be named size_chart.php? And where should I put the file so that it can be found?

Why don't you just paste the code for the size chart page into the EZ page, so that the EZ page itself is the size chart?
