Zen Lightbox addon [Support Thread]

I hasve lightbox installed, when i click on 1st picture it is fine, press next, and the picture doesnt load,

any ideas

renamed the folders as instructed and mod installed but it doesnt appear to be working. www.helshopcrafts.co.uk Do I have to have IH2 installed as well as I dont think I do. Any help gratefully appreciated as this looks to be a great mod. (Checked in both IE7 and Firefox and both come up with old pop up image and waited for page to load fully before trying it)

your not loading......the lightbox css.....and tpl_modules_main_product_image.php from your template.......verify file upload and locations

barco57, I uploaded all the files as instructed and to my custom template but there was a strange one called custom_template_folder. I wasn't too sure what to do with that one.

the ones in the mod named "custom_template" need to be renamed to match your custom template name as that is where those files have to go.

Yes, I renamed it this way but for some reason I'm still unable to get positive results. Any other suggestions?

well since I can't see it....the only thing I can think of is to very carefully verify that all of the lightbox mod files are where they are supposed to be....what I do sometimes using filezilla, I have the mod open in the left pane and the store directories open in the right and I make sure path for path I'm in the right place an move the files one by one.....tedious but if you take your time you know that its right when your done.......if your using firefox you can check easily to see if your loading the javascript for the lightbox mod.....if your are then you can check "view source" to see if the code for the display of the main product image is different from stock and has the lightbox version of code there.....if it doesn't then for some reason your not overrriding the template files correctly.....

This is a great mod, every works fine. Albeit temporarily though. I wondered if anybody has the same issue, or any recommendations?

It works great half the time, then reverts to normal behaviour i.e image enlargement on another page

Your page needs to load before it will work, if you click on the pic before it has finished loading, it will open on a new page. Thats the biggest draw back.

This is a fantastic addition to our website... thankyou for your hard work. The artwork pops off of the page so much more dramatically than it did with a new window.

Hello, I have installed the amazing Zen Lightbox. When you go by the pictures, they don't enlarge, you must click on the picture to get to the description page and then you must click the image enlarge? Is there a code that can help fix this? Thank you in advance.

what should I edit so the "next" and "previous" button don't overlay the image, right now it overlay the top left and right of the image, it small but kind of annoying.

My cart works perfectly EXCEPT, when I add a new product, and try to view that products details, I get a page that has everything on it except the product details. In its place is the text:

I had the same problem, all you need to do is copy jscript_lightbox.php from
zen_lightbox_1.2.rar_FILES/includes/modules/pages/product_info
into includes/modules/pages/documemt_product_info/ or any other product type you wish to use the lightbox with.

Ok, I've removed and reinstalled everything but still not getting this mod to work. Could it be that it's not compatible with the "What's New" scrolling sidebox? I did have to disable zoom or it wouldn't work right with IH2.

I decided that I will not get out from this chair until my quest is finished but unfortunately couldn't solve this on my own.. plleeease help me.

So in my product index page there's the list additional image thumbnails (small images) but when I click any of them it won't open the LRG file in lightbox..
Only the MED image opens lightbox.. but it won't display the next image link to the next LRG image which is my main problem.. could someone help or give me insight what could have gone wrong.. And futhermore I wouldnt want to list additional image thumbnails in the product page at all.. only have a lightbox where I'd browse the LRG files.. I don't use imagehandler and since all my small images are details I wouldn't want to start using it..

Ok so my problem found out to be my outdated zen version and the file main_template_vars_images_additional.. still no luck fixin it though.. If someone has. please pm me!!!!!!!

this is AWESOME!!!! it works so perfectly!!!! thank you thank you... :clap:

Normally the mod works great and I can click on "larger image" and presto!

However, every so often the hot spot to click on is more like at the center of the image and, less frequently, at the top/left of the image.

Thought it might have to do with the size/orientation of the picture but I've pretty much eliminated that. I've also reloaded all the files too.

Minor annoyance though a few people might not hunt for the hot spot.

It is intermittent and doesn't appear to always happen on the same picture either so I just can't nail this one down.

Anyone else experiencing this?
