Blank Page After Step 3 of Checkout

I have tried to place practice orders and after you press confirm order on the last screen it stalls on a blank white page. The crazy thing is the orders actually go through but on the customers end they just see a blank page with no clue what happened if the order was placed or not. If someone could please help out, we can even make a practice order if you need to see what is actually happening. https://www.monsterpowersports.com [email protected]

i have a very simular problem to thisexcept my order dont even go thru when i check my baxket again the items are still in there anyone got any idea's?
i am very new to zen cart and am just trying it out in the veiw of possibly changing over to it from x-cart

Check the /includes/languages/english/html_includes

Make sure there is a file called:
define_checkout_success.php

Also try reloading the files:

/includes/modules/pages/checkout_success/.

/includes/languages/english/checkout_success.php

/includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_checkout_success_default.php

ok tired all tha but it didnt make any difference
also
"/includes/templates/template_default/tpl_checkout_success_default.php" didnt exist but i found the file in /includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_checkout_success_default.php

is this 1 file that u meant

i have tried both cheque and credit card (credit card is set to manual authorisation

yes its not a live site yet ive still only got test procucts and catageories in there ive put it in a sub folder of my main website so feel free to place as many orders as u like :)

Well ... sounds like a bad upload related to this page ...

Unfortunately, there are a lot of files related to that page for all the address info etc.

You can try this in peices or in entirety ... of reload all of your files ...

i only downloaded it about 6 hours ago lol

Well ... try reloading all of the files incase something is bad or missing or otherwise corrupt ...

If that fails ...

rename /zen to /zen_bad

And start from scratch on the upload ...

Note: if you haven't done anything serious with the database, I'd drop the tables and really start from scratch ...

nah its all a stock upload ive not added any products or anthing at all just a few add-ons i downloaded of the main downloads section

so i guess ill scrap the lot and try again
