Thanks... that helped get me started. At least, it now shows the TruBlu format. However, I keep getting lost in how I need to make it come together with other changes I need to make. Hopefully, you can help me understand how to do this... (such as, which files I need to change and where to upload them without changing the original files).
If I want to get rid of the ZenCart logo and the "Tag Line" and/or replace them, where would I find the code for this and after making the changes, where would I upload the files so they are picked up by the TruBlu template selection? (i.e. under TruBlu/language/english? or other such structure?)

When they say "Don't change the 'original' files" they are referring to the core zen-cart files. When referring to templates, the only core zen-cart files are in the "template_default" folder. All Templates, including TruBlu are considered "editable" as needed.
Templates are basically overrides of the original files.
For example, if the core file is: includes/templates/template_default/common/tpl_header.php
then the override would be : includes/templates/trublu/common/tpl_header.php
if you were to delete the one in the trublu folder, it would default to the one in the template_default folder. But if you were to add it back to trublu.. it would use the one in the trublu folder.
The same goes for all files in the template_default folder. If you want to override something that Trublu doesn't already override, simply copy the file from template_default into the trublu folder. Be sure to keep the relative path:
template_default\common\xxx <-> trublu\common\xxx
template_default \css\xxx <-> trublu\css\xxx
etc
For folders outside of the template area, the same kinda rule applies. if you want to override a nodule file to match this template you would copy the original from the core location and create a folder with the same name as the template:
includes/modules/xxx.php
to
includes/modules/trublu/xxx.php
