No Credit Card Number in Email

I have set up the Credit Card module to process credit cards but Zen will not send via email the 2nd part of the credit card numbers so the order can not be processed. Has anyone got any ideas?

Thanks for the instructions. I followed these.... I do get an email notification of the order but there are no credit card numbers in the email.

In Admin->Configuration->Email Options, what are you using for Email Transport?

If you're using SMTP, try SMTPAUTH.
If you're using sendmail, try sendmail-f

Also, is the destination email address a "free" email account, or is it part of your hosting plan? Do things happen any differently if you use a different account?

Are these emails ending up in a junkmail folder somewhere?

I started to follow your advice but in the process ended up with the following error in the cart when processing an order. The error is before CC details and says...
"we are not shipping to you region at this time". I have gone through all the shipping settings and am not able to detect why the error is happening. Any Ideas?

That means you have restricted your shipping modules to zones not matching the zone of the currently-logged-in customer.

Yes that did happen. Some how I managed to get it right... I can now see the emails and card details. I would tell others how if I actually knew.

Just A thought....Should I be able to see the order details along with the CC number? Becuase I have no details just the order number and CC number.

there should be 2 e-mails - one with the order number and the details, and the 2nd with the order # and the middle 8 CC#'s

Thanks for all the help. I am now getting the two emails. I had a problem in the email set up. I fixed that and now everything is working well.
