Help with Email Address Exporter

I will post an update of what has been done when I put it on the live site and tested but after the F1.

How can I change this SQL query to call all customer not just ones opt in for newsletter.

insert into query_builder (query_category, query_name, query_description, query_string, query_keys_list) VALUES ('newsletters','My Address Export Query','Special Query for Customer Data Export','select c.customers_telephone, c.customers_email_address, \nc.customers_lastname, c.customers_firstname, o.entry_company as company, o.entry_street_address as customers_street_address, o.entry_suburb as customers_suburb,o.entry_city as customers_city, o.entry_state as customers_state, o.entry_postcode as customers_postcode from TABLE_ADDRESS_BOOK o, TABLE_CUSTOMERS c where c.customers_newsletter = 1 AND c.customers_id = \no.customers_id GROUP \nBY c.customers_email_address order by c.customers_lastname, \nc.customers_firstname ASC','');

just remove this part:```
c.customers_newsletter = 1 AND

Was wondering when a new updated version of the email_export.php file would be done that exports all of the customer's information? I really need it!! I can not get the current file to function properly.

To me that is a VERY useful tool and should be setup as a Customer Export tool in the Admin downloads. Great job with this by the way!!

Ok new file is attach and you need to use this SQLquery.

It worked perfectly, nice html tables and everything. pretty cool.

the only thing now is trying to find out how to get the state to show up.
I tried, but I must be missing something.

I changed the php code, but to I need to change the query code too?

What I will do is test it myself on the new store im just doing and get it as a download.

ljdream00 did you get the state to show up?

I'm using ZC 1.3.8a on a dedicated box, and have just installed this mod.

I run it from the tolls menu, and it appears to process 1290 of 4690 customers and hangs with a server 500 error.

I'm assuming (perhaps wrongly) that the customer DB is too big for this in some way.

Is there a workaround?

OK, a workaround for those who need it.

I dialled up PhpMyAdmin, and exported the customer table as a .csv file.

Imported it into Excel, cut and pasted a few columns and voila! Fixed!

It was then a simple matter of importing the file into my mass mailer, and the newsletter was on it's way to almost 5000 customers within half an hour.

Sorry about the delay.

I have put the file on my server to download.
You need to replace the file and add the SQLquery after installing the Email Address Exporter.

I have not tested this on the up to date zencart.

There is no update but I'm sure what you want can be done, its just beyond my knowledge sorry. I'm sure someone will come help you.

MattIf you're using v1.3.8, you'll see that option in the pulldown list
