Google Base Feeder Support Thread [OLD]

I have a question, I am using Zen v1.3.9h and the latest Google Base feeder, however, I noticed that all my products are being read as free shipping.

I use zone shipping and the shipping in taxable in my state. I know I must have the configuration off somewhere. Any help is appreciated.

Go to your root feed/google/your_feed and delete the feed. Go to admin/configurations/google_base_configuration and make sure the Output File Name is correct. Make another feed and check the name in root feed/google/your_feed name to make sure it is named correctly before you upload it. If it is not name correctly click on it and rename it to whatever you have name it in google merchant center before you upload it. I would suggest you go to google merchant center to upload the file.

You must create a data feed @ base.google.com . Log on to base.google.com , and look for "New Data Feeds". The info you enter here has to match the info you entered in the Zen Cart config file...

You might want to contact numinix and have him install it for you. He charges $25.00 to install it for you.

hmmm, ZC is creating the file, with the correct ammount of products now...
but when uploading to google, i have 12k of products, it processes 2!!!
why!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can anyone help me? I have tried all my options and am my wits end with this.

I love this mod - just installed it on my upgrade - but I have NEVER been able to get it to upload.

I do a manual upload which is a bit or a pain -

set up the ftp user and password on the google acct.
It always seems to fail TIA

Oh My - Just checked my admin and all the order history has disappeared and also all the customer history.

The only thing I had done to get the mod working is to upload the file in the admin folder and the one in the public_html - then copy paste the sql,

Before that the rest of the mod was installed and everything was fine. Ideas please?

Sorry to be such a pest but Google gave me this error:

Sounds like you may have to remove it and use your backup database and start over. Unless you have other mods that are causing your issue.
