mohinder:
So what should I do? Should I replace those pages?
The definitive answer: Maybe. Maybe not. What you've got is not a simple problem.
You've done numerous customizations to your site. It could be a result of several things.
The link I posted earlier explains how to compare your current live site against a master set of files, and identify changes as well as extra files.
You need to look at every difference (files that are different, missing, or extra), and see whether what's in every difference ... makes sense or not. If it does, leave it. If it doesn't, adjust it to what "does" make sense.
You could start by removing your added files in your custom language folders and/or your custom template folder.
Or you could set up a fresh site in another directory (and a separate database), and begin applying your customizations to it one at a time until you bust it. That would give you a clue about where the problem is.
