Auction Lister Pro (ALP) Support

Hi David,
I get the following error when trying to submit an auction:

• soap-fault: Auth token is invalid.
• Validation of the authentication token in API request failed.

I have joined eBay Developer and gotten all the credentials required, which I put in the spaces exactly (cut & paste) during ALP setup.

I have gotten other errors too but I wanted to address this one 1st.

I put all the keys and tokens in and im still getting this:

ok seem to have got most of this working now but the only problem i have is when i try to list and item on the sandbox i get the following message at the top of the screen in red> Error Credit card not found. - We're sorry, but before you list an item, you must create a seller's account by submitting a valid credit card through our secure form.

what have i missed?

You still have to pay eBay fees for listing. The email part allows you to email your winners without having to pay the high certification fees every year but this part is not working as of yet.

When it says that our only fees will be listing fees does that mean that this software will eliminate final value fees? (since the transaction takes place outside of eBay)

The only fees for using Ebay are the standard listing fees.

You'll need to use the Auth & Auth User Creation tool on eBay Developer to setup a seller account to test with. When you are ready to move to production you will simply need to fill out the self certification form, get your keys then use your existing account(s) to create the token necessary for production.

Reinstall ALP and specify your "Cart" database.

In ALP click on Running Auctions and then the item will have two links. One of these will echo back the XML data, the other will open a window and take you to eBay sandbox to see the item. I plan to make this more dynamic in the future so that it will take you to production or sandbox depending on the mode you are using. Right now it is hard coded to only show you items on sandbox.

everything seems to working fine except 1 thing

i created an auction
i signed in with a buyers user account and purchased the auction

i paid for the item with paypal sandbox

then i went to my alp admin a refreshed the finished auctions and it showed that the item was sold

the only problem i had was when i click on notify winner i got the following error

2221054 - Unknown column 'auction' in 'field list'

insert into customers_basket (customers_id, products_id, customers_basket_quantity, final_price, customers_basket_date_added, auction, auctionid) values ('1', '337', '1', '24.99', '20071028', '1', '110024632631')

You'll need to visit your eBay Dev Center account page and generate your production keys for use.

1 thing i noticed though was there isn't any where when creating a listing that i can specify the postage cost
is this something you will be adding in future versions?

There has been some debate over this and I haven't decided on a solution at this time. I would like to be able to let you specify your own shipping costs but at the same time I must take responsibility to curb shipping cost "gouging" which is against eBay policy for listing.

I probably won't implement this until after the new year however.

do you have any banners designed as i would like to put 1 on a few of my sites to help direct a few people your way as i think you are doing a terrific job on the support of this mod especially considering how big a project it has turned out to be.

I'm not certain on the Zen Cart checkout time frame.

I got past my last error. I had been trying to use eBay Production keys & token. As soon as I switched to Sandbox things worked. However, when I click on "Unsold Auctions" I get the following error:
