Moneybookers Payment Gateway

Duplicate Order Total?

On the Moneybookers checkout page, the order total is shown twice. It is calculated correctly, but it looks rather misleading. The problem only shows when you click on the "more information" button. I think the screen image, will explain what I mean far better than I can!

Has anyone had this happen? I've searched all over the forum, and haven't seen anyone mention a similar problem.

I'm using the latest version of the monebookers module, and zencart v1.3.9d.

Moneybookers module had all files put on server into correct folders and directories. But after installing in the Zen cart admin, and setting up the module, when entering the e-mail address of my moneybookers account (WHICH IS CORRECT AND REGISTERED) on the modules page, I get this error:

E-mail address not register with Moneybookers. Please sign up for FREE account at: https://www.moneybookers.com/app/register.pl

I already have a perfectly good standing moneybookers account but the module isn't taking it. Why? Please help...

I'm already having the same problem with this. To further, it seems as though the module wants to load up my index page to the website.

Hi! just testing to checkout with moneybookers and i encountered this issues...

NAVBAR_TITLE_1 :: NAVBAR_TITLE_2 is appearing and https is not on that particular checkout page.

my site is working on all modules except this moneybookers... i am using 1.38

Hey I managed to fix this. What you need to do is make a file called payment_moneybookers.php in your /zencart/includes/languages/english/ directory. (Change english to match the language you desire).

Create a file with the following:

define("NAVBAR_TITLE_1", "Checkout");
define("NAVBAR_TITLE_2", "MoneyBookers Checkout");
?>

This should fix any problems you're having with this part. Also, is there a way to FORCE a page to go to SSL in this checkout process?

works perfect for me in Zencart 1.3.9h

I have been testing this module and found that even if the credit card payment fails the order still goes through in the cart and to the checkout success page.

Is there a way to make a failed payment re-direct back to the payment options page instead of to checkout_success?

In reply to your post we would like to explain how Moneybookers gateway works: the page where the customer is redirected after paying on the gateway is called return_url. The return_url doesn't tell anything about the status of transactions, this
is just the url where the customer is redirected to after leaving Moneybookers gateway.

A failed payment attempt goes on the successful checkout page because by the time the customer is redirected there isn’t a transactions status yet. The transaction status is delivered a few seconds later on the status_url.

We are using 1.3.9h version and during checkout with moneybookers if CC / Debit card details are wrong it still process order instead of showing error page to user.

Kindly help.

SO how will we come to know that this order is not real or let our customers know about that if they claim that they have got a order success email.

I have some problem by using the payment module from moneybooker. I got this module from here: http://www.moneybookers.com/creatives/integrationmanual/MB-Zencart-Integration_en.pdf

After I installed, I did some tests for All Credit Cards / Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB, Diners module. it works fine for me. and then I decided to test sending payment by bank transfer. so I choose to install Moneybookers eWallet module. when I tried to send payment by this model, first I logged in my moneybookers account then I went to next step: choose pay via bank transfer option and click confirm button. On the next page I was told Transaction successful, but I checked my order in zen card and there is not new order and I logged in my moneybookers account then I found a pending payment. so I clicked button "Return" on the bottom of page. the page went to success page and I received a new order. but I found this order is set to "paid" that is the status I set to complete payment and i set "pending" as the status of orders made with this payment module that are not yet completed. In my opinion the page should be redirected to success page automatically otherwise if customers don't click return button, I will never see new order, and if payment come from bank account, the first status should be pending and waiting for status to be upgraded.

Does anyone have same problem?

The return button on the final step of the bank transfer payment option is made on purpose. We need to ensure the customer has all necessary bank details to complete the order process and hit the return button when ready. In case we process the returning to the Merchant website automatically the sensitive bank transfer information might be lost and this would reflect into failed orders.

I never found out how to get rid of that error, but the
**Moneybookers Payment Gateway 3.1.3

**is working. It installed below the other module so it was enabled. Once I enabled that module and disabled the other the button appeared and when clicked it takes me to Moneybookers site to sign in to make payment.I hope that helps.

There should be a file called UPDATE01.sql. You need to run the script in the file.
In your case you need to use a prefix for the table moneybookers so please execute the script:

ALTER TABLE zen_moneybookers ADD orders_status INT NOT NULL

Is Moneybookers okay for U.S. merchants to use for international sales?

I think I remember that MB kinda dropped U.S. merchants or something some time ago

I don't know if you have solved this yet but thought i'd chip in. I had this same problem originally, I had installed an older moneybookers payment module but when i found the actual moneybookers module from moneybookers the update didn't work. I checked the database in phpmyadmin and the zen_moneybookers table didn't contain a field called orders_status but order_status so someone made a typo (maybe) in the original file, i just changed it to orders_status and badabing badaboom everything fired up.
