Reward Points Module for ZC v13x

Reward Point Module v1.29a now available.

This version resolves the issue of points not being stored when the ZenCart store is not in the default language (English).

It also resolves the issue with zero total orders still requiring payment.

I am using this module and it works great.
I was wondering if anyone knows how I can stop wholesale customers accruing reward poits. I use the dual pricing module but can't find a way of making it so only retail customers get reward points. I have searched through the thread but have not found anything. Anyone know how I can achieve this?

you could set the Redeem Ratio for all wholesale customers to 0.0000 that way there points are not worth anything, they will still get reward points but can not use them.

to do this go to:
admin -> customers -> Group Reward Redeem
any groups that have "invoice_" at the start of there name you need to set their Redeem Ratio to 0.0000

I am trying to use Advanced mode, but whatever I set, system never change status Pending to Earned. Even I set all my four statuses to Earned.
Simple mode works OK, but I want change Pending to Earned just when order is assigned as resolved, NOT when I assign order processing or anything else.

Recover Cart Sales
Add customer from admin

When placing an order via Check/Money Order the following is true:-

when editing order the reward points shows as 0.
When Viewing reward points via "customers_reward_points.php" the points are visable

I thought that this might just be an incompatability with the edit orders addon ?.

When placing an order via paypal Order the following is true:-
when editing order the reward points shows as 0 (update button not clicked)
When Viewing reward points via "customers_reward_points.php" the points are not visable.

Hi Nick- have you tried running the RPD (Reward Point Diagnostics)- You can download it from www.omnicia.com/rpd.zip. Just FTP the two files into the root directory of your store and run it by typing www.your_store_name.com/rpd.php into the address bar of your browser.

I have just installed this mod.
I have all three mods uninstalled (turned off) in order totals.
But the rewards points display still shows on the product listing page next to the item price.
How can I turn it off?

Also where to adjust the font size for this display on the product page?

The tool did pick up some missing files , due to me missing the "custom" folder out.
Unfortunatly the bug is still there (no rewards given when using paypal).

You need to remove the includes/templates/YOUR_CUSTOM_FOLDER/templates/tpl_product_info_display.php file. Also the style sheet can be found includes/templates/YOUR_CUSTOM_FOLDER/css/stylesheet_rewards.php

Paypal IPN does not work with the RP mod- You could try one of the other Paypal payment options though.

In Admin, go to Customers->Group Reward Redeem and check what the Global Points Ratio is set to.

It's set to: 0.0100

I'm sorry to waste your time. When I checked Modules -> Order total I noticed the rewards points mod's were red, and they just needed to be enabled.

It worked fine when I tested it on the beta release last week.

What might be interesting would be to see if anyone is using v1.3.9 with the Paypal IPN mod- Have the issues with PayPal IPN been sorted?
