What's Internet Secure telling you about the transaction?

They say they don't know the error, everything seems to be fine at their end.

Re: Authorize.net AIM and Internet Secure

Okay, I understand that they may have never seen that error "message" ... because the "There has been an error processing your credit card" message comes from Zen Cart.

What I meant was ... When Internet Secure watches your submitted transaction hitting their server, what is their server doing with it? What error number are they sending back to you and why? But you're going to have to have their tech support people on the phone when you do the transaction in order to see it.

The log info you posted on the forum doesn't contain any response details, so I cannot help you with the problem. You'll have to work with Internet Secure.

Hi DrByte, regarding the error, yeah I know the log wasn't much help either.
But great news is that I got the AIM to work, which was my preferred module anyway. Internet secure required some standard to use the AIM, that's why I was a bit hesitant, but after checking it, I realized it wasn't hard to comply with.

So I followed the instructions on the other post you gave me and it worked like a charm =)

Thank you so much for your help! I really appreciate it.
