[DONE v1.3.9a] Shipping estimator not making cheapest option BOLD when logged in

Hi,

I'm not sure if this bug is still present ??

I've installed a clean build of 1.3.9c on PHP 5.3

I'm using ozpost shipping module v2-0-5

I have the Shipping Estimator set to display on the Shopping Cart page

It doesn't seem to matter whether I am logged in, or as a guest, the cheapest option does not get the bold treatment.

I though it might have just been caching the cheapest option and making that bold, but I have cleared cache etc and still its making the same option bold, even tho its not the cheapest.

I'd rather have nothing bold if that is an option, as the cheapest option is always at the top of the list, so why does it need to be bold ?

I have to think that this is specific to that shipping module as it cannot be repeated in v1.3.9d with any of the built in shipping modules.

Example: When Flat Rate flat or Item Rate item are installed with UPS and USPS and not logged in, the Flat Rate flat or Item Rate item will be bold ... when logged in and the UPS or USPS rate is lower they become bold ...
