No records of orders?

OK! The problem has occurred yet again.

I've zipped the logs for the greater portion of today. Only one purchase was made since I enabled logging, so I hope that makes things a bit easier to sift through...

Re: No records of orders?

Im having the same exact problem here to, I red the error log that nonfinitie posted and its saying something about cURL now im not sure if my problem is caused by the same thing as I havnt had time to turn on my error logs and retest it but it if is I dont under stand why cURL would be blocked as I have the cURL proxy for godaddy turned on. Im going to bed now but when I get home tmrw I will run the test again with the logs on. Ive even disabled the COWA (replaced all the files) thinking that might be it but nope still nothing. And whats wierd is paypal isint sending the address info just the name back to my site. If it did that I would have disabled the log-in of my cart altogather.

OK! The problem has occurred yet again.I just did a fresh batch of echeck testing, and can't duplicate any problems using a clean install of Zen Cart 1.3.8.

So, that leads to some questions ...
What version of Zen Cart?
What version(s) has it ever been upgraded from?
What addons do you have installed?
Who are you hosted with?
What version of PHP on the server?
What country is your PayPal merchant account based in?

The logs posted by nonfinite do contain CURL files, but those are for Express Checkout from a few days ago. They reveal that his Express Checkout is not configured properly ... getting 10002 errors which means the wrong API credentials are configured in the module (or none at all). His problem is related to PayPal Website Payments Standard (IPN) transactions.

If your problem is related to Express Checkout, please post in the Express Checkout area of the forum.
