Hi,
Another few hours, another release! :)
Versions 3.0.0-3.0.2 were found to give warnings on (naughty) servers that have safe_mode enabled.
Version 3.0.3 has been released to fix this. Check the website for more info.
PLEASE REMEMBER: Version 3.0.2 is a CRITICAL update, so if you're still on 3.0.0 or 3.0.1 please update!
All the best...
Conor
(And thanks Craig for the nice comments :) )
Hi,
Another small update of the module has been made. This fixes a small bug which only affects products with certain uncommon characters in their names. From the Revision History:
[BUGFIX] Code added to clean up the descriptions of line items when information about the cart's contents are sent to Protx. Should avoid any parsing problems due to illegal characters.
[UPDATED] Documentation updated with instructions on how to download the latest version of the module.
Upgrading does not require any reinstallation of the module so is quick and painless...
Downloading the Latest Version
To get the latest version of the module, log into your account in the store, go to “My Account” and then click the “View” button beside your Protx Direct order. The list of files you can download is displayed on this page and will always be a list of the most up-to-date versions of the files.
Also, the price of the Protx Direct module has been brought in line with that of Protx Form as its lower price was confusing some people and resulting in them purchasing the wrong module for their needs which created some problems for us logistically! :|

Hi,
Yet another version has been released. This is not an essential upgrade, just a nicety.
The only change is the addition of a Version Information section to the Admin to aid identification of the currently installed version of the module.
We know that there have been lots of releases recently and that it may have been a lot to keep on top of... you can rest easy though...
There are no other known issues with the module so this may be the last release until Protx release their Authentication/Authorise Transaction Modes.

Hi Conor
I have just had details from protx regarding the 3D Secure stuff that is going live in a month - does your mod already cover the new stuff required?
Do you need me to forward you the PDF regarding it all?
Great support and great mod as always :)
thanks
Sarah
I'm not Conor, but I use the latest paid for version of the mod: 3.0.5.
And yes it does support 3DS.
If you don't want 3DS you can stay with the free version, and not take Maestro cards!!
Craig
CS - thank you :) does 3.0.5 work on older versions of Zen Cart though - does it matter if its not 1.3.7 version? as I have 1 or 2 older shops using the older versions?
Again I'm just a user, but the mod does support 3DS, and works 100%.
Perfect thanks - and yes still using the free versions but am happy to switch to paid and yes will purchase for each shop I run :)
I've just upgraded now - It was super easy!!!!!!:smile::smile::smile::smile:
Hi Conor,
A nice touch would be to have a configurable side-box with the Secured by Protx, Mastercard SecureCode, Verified by Visa, Cards accepted etc. etc. logos in it.
I modified one of the ones already in the downloads section for my store but it would be pretty good for new users if this came bundled.
Kind regards
Brent
PS. A note to everyone else. Don't forget to sign up for your Protx account via the link on Conor's site. You'll get his mod at a discounted price it also helps him. This is a win win situation. :D
Hi Brent,
That would be possible, even to the extent that it could use only the logos for the cards which are enabled in the Protx Direct module's admin configuration.
However, as with all Zen Cart payment modules, it is possible to enable the module only for particular zones. Should the sidebox then also be disabled if the customer currently logged in isn't in that zone? If so, which address should be checked to determine that if they haven't selected a shipping address yet?
If it was to be a sidebox which was displayed on a blanket level, that is, regardless of where the customer is from, to simply always be displayed, then it could be added and might be a nice option.
What does anyone else think?
Thanks for that Brent... that is true so hopefully someone will do this sometime! :)
All the best...

I think Brent is right to actually, would be a nice touch.
Sorry I did not sign up via your link Conor, but I already had an account with Protx.

Hi
I am using protx direct 3.0 and have been trying to test, but errors have been being produced. Spoke to protx and it turns out that they have upgraded the test server. The details that you have to enter now are different.
Here is a link to the new test numbers you require which include address and postcode numerics.
http://techsupport.protx.com/cardtypes.asp#howcardtest
A note to Conor : Due to this will it be possible to change the test data you supply at the top of the module in admin.
Regards
Laurie
Hi,
Thanks for letting us know about that.
Nice of Protx to make changes and not even tell their customers!
We'll upgrade the module at some point next week.
All the best...
Conor
I decided to move from Protx Forms to Protx Direct, so I paid the £50 and downloaded the module. Copied the files onto the sever and all was well.
I then installed the new Protx Direct module and immediately the Protx Forms and Protx Direct payment modules vanished from the Admin.
Renaming /includes/modules/payment/protx_direct.php to something else brought the protx forms back, but I don't to remove Forms until I get Direct working.
So what should I be doing?
Hi,
Unfortunately, you've messed up installing the software somehow... the two modules are autonomous from each other so installing one will have no effect on the other!
Please contact us via e-mail or the website so we can find out what you've done wrong and get it sorted for you.
All the best...
Conor
Hi,
We've just received the latest information from Protx about the new system coming in on 1st August.
We will be releasing a new version of the module on 31st July.
We do not want to release before this as we don't want the confusion of having two different versions of the module available at the same time!
The new version will not be backwards compatible and will require a complete reinstall! Everyone using Maestro must upgrade or these cards will fail to work from 1st August!
This is an unavoidable consequence of the changes that Protx require (changing the code from SWITCH to MAESTRO).
Hopefully that answers any questions you may have had after reading Protx's latest announcement - as you can see you are well covered and will be fully supported!
The only thing that may be inconvenient is that everyone will have to update their versions of the module in the evening of the 31st July or first thing in the morning on the 1st August - Please set aside the time to do this.. it will only take 5 mins!
All the best...

Hi Conor,
Will you be releasing an updated version of the Protx form module as well?
Sorry for posting in the wrong thread!
Thanks for the reply though :smartalec:
Hi,
Got this message from another user of the module and thought it might be better to reply here...
It is true until 6AM on 1st August. Protx are changing their systems then and Maestro cards will no longer work with the current module.Quote:
Just saw your post on Zen Cart about the new version you guys are releasing - um am confused I actually thought that the 3D secure and switch - maestro was covered in the one I have just downloaded - is this NOT true? and what new measures from protx?
sorry I have not got any new warnings from protx other than 3d secure and switch so not sure what else this is talking about
We had no idea they'd be making this particular change until we were mailed this afternoon but wanted to reassure everyone that we are on top of it and, if you set aside the time to upgrade on 31st July/1st August, you can run your stores unaffected! :flex:
All the best...
Conor
Conor,
Is the update for the 1st August changes available from your shop now, or will it be later today?
Thanks
Hi,
It will be available this evening, at which point everyone subscribed to the mailing list will be e-mailed and a post made here.
I'd like one or two people to volunteer to test a Release Candidate this afternoon if possible (just for feedback purposes). If you'd like to please contact us using the contact form on the website (please don't put your request here, we will only send to private addresses and not through the ZC forums/PM).
All the best...
Conor
Thanks Conor,
Would the release candidate function Ok (right now) on live shops *before* Protx makes the 1st August changes (ie. wouldn't stop a live shop working this afternoon) - or are you looking for people to test using the Protx test server?
Hi Connor,
Any update on the new release ?
Not sure if i signed up for updates in the Ceon website, Is anyone else waiting on this ?
Regrads
Hi,
Apologies for the delay, we were having severe problems with our test server today and couldn't understand what was going wrong with the latest version of the module as everything looked perfect. Eventually we discovered that all our code was in fact fine and that there is a bug in the PEAR MCrypt module. It was this bug which was causing all our problems - how frustrating, we could have released many hours ago otherwise!
Nevertheless, everything is sorted now and the module has been fully tested. As such, it is now available for download.
We recommend that everyone upgrades but we have discovered that all current users of version 3.0.x's stores will keep running fine with version 3.0.x, at least for the time being. Protx have allowed a grace period during which the old URLs and code for Maestro cards ('SWITCH'') will keep working. No information is available about when this grace period will end so you are advised to upgrade as soon as possible!
Our previous post about upgrading being essential was made on the misunderstanding that as of 6AM on 1st August Maestro cards would no longer work with 3.0.x. It is only users of older version of 2.x for which this is true. Please accept our apologies for our confusion in this regard!
Please note though that 3D-Secure is now compulsory for accepting Maestro cards... all users of older versions of this module which still had support for Switch/Maestro must disable that option in their admin now or upgrade to version 3.x (3.2.0 at the time of writing).
We've added a few nice extra features to the module as well as updating it for Protx's new systems. The changelog is as follows:
[UPDATED] Module updated with URLs for Protx's new systems.
[UPDATED] Support for new test card numbers and AVS/CV2 test values added.
[ADDED] Icons added for 3D-Secure message page.
[ADDED] Support for new Authenticate Transaction Mode added.
[REMOVED] Support for old Pre-Authorisation Transaction Mode removed.
[ADDED] “Cards Accepted” sidebox added to allow dynamic display of accepted card types even before the checkout stage.
[UPDATED] A warning is now displayed when one of the test Transaction Modes is being used.
[UPDATED] Documentation (FAQs) updated with information about manual installation of the necessary Blowfish encryption files.
Download 3.2.0
Enjoy the new version!
All the best...

Hi Conor
Thank you for this - can I just confirm, that this file is an upgrade to the previous 3.2.0 version? Sorry just want to check this is I have already installed 3.2.0
Thanks
Sarah
Dos anyone know if protx completed the upgrades? as I am getting errors from "payment server" ie protx with this new module - I presume that its protx upgrading and it took longer than 2 hours! just wondering if anyone else can get an order through?
Thanks Conor -- some great work again!! I think you've just released "probably the Best Protx Direct Contribution in the world!"... lol ;)
We are now upgrading our clients using DIRECT from 3.0.5 --> 3.2.0
It also looks like there is NO UPGRADE for those using FORM 2.0.1
Regards
Jamie
The module looks great (as usual) but ........
Am getting a bit concerned - Haven't been able to put an order through successfully yet, although Protx have taken the money.
The whole process takes a long time before the error message so must be the dreaded timeout problem with having to have safe mode on, but that has only been a problem twice in the last year or so.
Anyone else having similar problems?
Humm, yes -- we're also getting "Sorry but a technical problem has occurred when attempting to contact the Payment Gateway."
I've raised a bug with Protx and await their reply (they are not answering their phone lines!)
Hi Jamie,
It's impossible to get through to Protx's tech support at the minute...
Can anyone confirm if their sites still aren't working, i.e. that Protx is still down?
(For us, the test server is working ok at the minute and the live server is successfully rejecting our invalid tests so appears to be okay also).
Thanks for any info... hopefully the Protx problems are resolved now!
All the best...
Conor
Hmmm,
It would appear that things aren't working at the moment... the VSP admin has a message stating that "PROTX Payment Services are current unavailable"..
Seems they are so unavailable that they don't have time for proper grammar in their error message!
Also, live transactions won't go through for us here... is anyone up and running?
I'm afraid that Protx's changeover hasn't gone very smoothly! :(
All the best...
Conor
They must be changing something as now all of the sites error messages have changed from "Sorry but a technical problem has occurred when attempting to contact the Payment Gateway." to "Your card could not be authorised!"
Also the VSP => The PROTX Systems are currently down for maintenance. Please try again later when the systems are back online.
Response time is perfect. Just the errors back
What are others getting? I'll keep you updated with JSWeb's progress.
Hi Jamie,
That's exactly the same behaviour we are getting. What a mess. :(
Protx really have to do better than this!
(Just to let people know, this is occurring with all versions of the module, upgrading to 3.2.0 is still recommended).
All the best...
Conor
Hi,
My site is having the same problem this morning. the only order went through is 4.58 am this morning, then no of orders has gone through, and error message appears same as in other threads, do not know when Protx will sort it out.
Regards!
here is the update from Protx
Current System Messages
VSP System Upgrade
01 August 2007 09:47:45 - We regret to inform you that no transactions can currently be processed through the Live payment gateway while we perform urgent and essential maintenance work.
This was not forseen and we, again, apologise for the disruption to services.
01 August 2007 09:15:24 - Following the upgrade we unfortunately are experiencing performance issues with transaction processing.
You may find transactions are taking a long time to process or that payment pages are unavailable.
Please be assured that we are investigating this as a matter of urgency.
Our apologies for this disruption to normal services.
Latest update from Protx:
This upgrade is a total shambles! None of the payment pages are currently available. Surely this was tested before going live? :censored:Quote:
01 August 2007 11:22:36 - We regret to inform you that the Live payment gateway remains unavailable.
We sincerely apologise for the ongoing disruption and are endeavouring to resolve the problem as an urgent priority.
At this stage we are unable to give you an exact time when services will be fully up and running but we will update this page as soon as we have an indication.
Thank you for your continued patience.
Hi,
Agreed... as you might have seen, we had troubles ourselves yesterday with our planned upgrades... so we delayed until we had everything tested and running (even though the problem turned out to be a server issue and nothing to do with our work).. you would think a much larger company like Protx would have the same sense!
Anyway... the world's a strange place! :lamo:
All the best...
Conor
thank god it was not just me then!! I have updated my clients on this - but this is appalling! and yes protx now saying - "we are busy phone back later"
Conor I have only upgraded 1 shop as until protx working I don't want to roll it out across others although they are using the other updated version so we are all ok anyways
god this is a nightmare!
Hi Sarah,
I think everyone's feeling like that this morning! :)
You may as well upgrade the other shop as neither will work until Protx get themselves sorted.. or are you saying that one shop is actually working?
As a side point, how does everyone like the new "Cards Accepted" sidebox? I think it's rather nifty, especially if styled nicely!
All the best...
Conor
no its not working :( but I hate rolling out stuff that I cannot test so will wait until protx get their finger out!!
sidebox - sorry I don't use that sidebox so I am no good to you on that
BUT the prev mod was perfect and I am sure this is too!!
so thank you
Hi Sarah,
Well at least everyone's in the same boat then (it's getting a bit crowded!) :)
Fair enough, and a healthy attitude to take!
Ok. :)Quote:
sidebox - sorry I don't use that sidebox so I am no good to you on that
Well thank you for the nice comments, it really helps to make the development and support of the module that bit more worthwhile!Quote:

Thought i may as well join in, im getting the same error message as everyone else:
Sorry but a technical problem has occurred when attempting to contact the Payment Gateway. Please contact us immediately so that we can get this resolved for you. Thank you!
Strangeley protx did process a payment this morning @ 8am using the upgraded protx module but its not working now.
I am sure we will all say thank you!! after protx get things sorted!!!
I have switched over all shops to CC module now - at least that way people can get their orders processed and the customer won't know any difference!
protx is now saying all live ok - just testing sites now
Looking good here, just had the first orders of the day processed.
nope still same error - its taking AGES to come back with an error though....
damn with which version of code - mine are still showing errors!!!!!
Hi,
The version of the module doesn't matter (as long as it's 3.0.0 or above)... our account isn't working either.
I'm guessing that it'll still be some time yet before everyone's accounts are up and running again.
Either that or those whose accounts do appear to be working are just plain lucky!
I'll say it again... what a mess...
All the best...
Conor
Hi Ryk,
Thanks, I appreciate the feedback!
Just in case anyone is interested, the sidebox with the recommended CSS styling applied looks like this for a default installation of Zen Cart:

Just to make others aware
I'm running the standard direct form on zen 1.3.7 and I have had two orders late yesterday and this afternoon which were incorrectly processed by Protx.
The first was processed 3 times and the last 6 times - I have had to contact the customers to tell them of the issue and put through the relevant refunds.
Just something else it would be worthwhile watching out for althoguh not sure if its a mixture of customer error and Protx or just Protx
Conor is right, althoug protx said the system is working now but it still cannot process payment from my site correctly. It will still time before it 100% fixed.
Hi,
It would appear that Protx is back up and working.
We have had a live order and have been able to put through live orders and void them in the VSP admin.
We did find one major problem though... someone who tried to make a purchase earlier (at around 11.30) and couldn't had their card charged even though they got the standard message earlier "Error connecting to payment gateway...".
We have voided their transaction so thankfully things have worked out okay but it's something to be aware of... I'm very surprised that Protx's systems were running so badly that they'd charge cards but then return an error!
Hopefully that information is of use to some of you... and hopefully your sites are back up and running now also!
All the best...

I have just tried a live test order and it came back with a Protx error
It would appear things are okay for some but not all

Protx said the system is still down:
"VSP System Upgrade
01 August 2007 16:49:02 - The Live system is still unavailable. The service team are still working on a resolution. We will update this page when more information comes available."
Hi,
I've a feeling that my earlier guess that accounts are being brought back online randomly is what is happening. Certainly everything seems reliable for us now, hopefully your accounts will be working again soon.
We have complete access to our VSP admin.. if you still can't access that then maybe that's how you'll be able to tell when things are up and running for yourself once more... just keep checking if it's back online, rather than submitting tests every so often (as we were doing).
Or decide to take a break and just check back later (not a bad option either, would possibly avoid more frustration).
All I can do is sit and hope that all of you are brought back online as soon as possible.
It is working here so that may be their way of trying to discourage people from using it at all? Hmmm.Quote:
Protx said the system is still down:

VSP admin has always worked for me - as my customers are not really losing money as I have put another option in place I am not going to do anything until its been live and working fully (from their support page I Notice they removed the "its working" text!!!)
hmm I will see - and they removed the rest of the text!
What a shambles.
I'm supposed to be hols with my kids but upgraded to the 3.2 first thing this morning.
I could not place a test order successfully shortly after 9:00 but my card was charged 5 times!!
I had to leave it 'as is' and went off for the day and have just checked back and had another customers card charged even thought the transaction failed.
I also had another customer go elsewhere because he could not place an order and another customer is asking if her order went through.
Don't worry Conor I think your mod is great, pity Protx are a shambles, sorry for repeating myself.
The sidebox is great by the way.
I'll try another order now.
Craig
FYI
Just placed a successful Maestro order at 17:25
:)
well looks like mine are back 2 out of 3 shops working!!
I can confirm that my online payments are now working.
Just wanted to say thanks Connor for the support youve offered and making the module nice and simple to upgrade.
On a seperate note as a result of todays changes im now unable to use the Protx terminal to process payments manually, they now ask that you have a MOTO number for your acquiring bank (lloydstsb). On contacting Lloyds tsb they want me to open another merchant account and pay another monthly fee, anyone else had this ?
I have not heard about a MOTO number at all - but I have got a few to enter in so if I get anything like that I will let you - although we are Natwest and Barclays (but does sound a total rip off!! although just so you know that you always did have to have different merchant accounst for online payments versus shop or phone - maybe they are mixing it up - or justr realising it?)
Hi,
Great to hear that things seem to be up and running for everyone now... hopefully that's the end of what has turned out to be a very, very long day!
Craig... thanks for the nice comments and the feedback... now leave the computer and go back to enjoying yourself!
All the best...

[off to rest for a bit]
I'm about to upgrade to 3.2 and I'm realizing that I don't know what version I'm currently running, so I'm not sure which set of instructions to follow. I don't see the version listed in the module in the admin. Can I see the version somewhere in the admin or in the old files?
I can see version number when looking under payment in admin - the far left has the version number - well 3.0.5 and 3.2 does - I would say that anything else means you are a 2 version?
Hi Conor
I recently purchased, but have yet to install, your 3.2.0 version however I noticed that the license was only for a single website.
I currently run 6 zen carts sites which I am thinking of merging into a single site using the multisite contrib and was just wondering if this was within the license to do so.
If not can I get a bulk discount?
Cheers
Brinley
I also had to apply for a separate MOTO account to process telephone orders manually; though im using Streamline and this account was provided by them free of charge. Once i had the account number, I then had to contact Protx accounts and ask them to group my accounts together to avoid getting billed separately. Hope this helps.
Hi,
I have installed the latest version of ceon protx direct File Version: 3.2.0
Database Version: 3.2.0. I have installed it on zencart version 1.3.6.
The problem I am getting:-
When i try to test this I can't select the value card type the field ends up blank
also I cant select a value for card expiry date to values to this field are not there.
All the other fields are ok.
I followed the instructions correctly copying the files across, creating the table and doing the configure in admin.
Please help. Does it matter i have a prefix on my tables when i installed the sql I did it through admin and it said that the prefix was created but maybe some code is refering to the table without the prefix for these fields any ideas?
I have looked through faqs and posts and can't find an answer to this.
I am using firefox but I purchased the protx direct package using firefox fine.
I think this module is great.

Martyn

I would re run the SQL you did - using the prefix you have on your tables and see what that does
probably also worth uninstalling from admin doing SQL and reinstalling again
Hi,
Checked SQL table has been created with our DB_PREFIX fine. Checked the files all files have been updated fine.
protx_direct_database_tables.php has DB_PREFIX in it does this need to be defined?
if (!defined('DB_PREFIX')) {
define('DB_PREFIX', '');
}
define('TABLE_PROTX_DIRECT', DB_PREFIX . 'protx_direct');
?>
Does anyone have DB_PREFIX set that had any problems with install?
Thanks for your replay

Hi Martyn,
I don't think there are any problems with your database... the problem you have been describing doesn't use anything which interacts with the database, there must be some invalid HTML in your shop or a file has been corrupted when you uploaded it.
I've contacted you privately about this as this isn't a problem with the module but with something else specific to you store.
We'll get it sorted for you soon! :)

Hi,
Unfortunately a small bug was found in version 3.2.0 for anyone using the new "Authenticate" Transaction Mode.
If you use "Authenticate", the replacement for "Pre-authorisation", you MUST upgrade to 3.2.1.
It is not an essential upgrade for anyone not using the "Authenticate" Transaction Mode, although it will do no harm to upgrade.
Upgrading is simple as no database changes are necessary, the updated files simply have to be copied over the existing files.
We are very sorry that this happened. Thankfully very few should be affected!

Thankfully the madness of the last couple of days has settled down - so I have a chance to ask a simple question.
If I use more than one payment method - ie protx CC and Paypal, is it possible to have one of the payment buttons pre-selected.
The reason why i ask is that eventhough I have put loads of test orders through, from time to time I add my cc details only to get the "You need to select a payment method" message. Since I have set the Protx form not to retain CC details I then have to re-eneter them. :frusty:
I figure if I'm doing it so will a few customers.................any ideas if this can be done
ps: Conor did you see my previous post regarding multisite license?

Re pre-selecting payment option.
There's a USPS contribution which includes a separate pre-select mod as well. It's in the admin section of downloads - Zen Cart Order Manager.
Here's the link:

Hi Tim,
That's a decent enough way for that to work... simple and easy. Just in case anyone has a slightly updated template, as we do, the operative lines in the version of the template that comes with that module are:
They should replace the following line in the tpl_checkout_payment_default.php template:PHP Code:
// Edited by Mike Barkdoll.
if(isset($_SESSION['payment'])) {
echo zen_draw_radio_field('payment', $selection[$i]['id'], ($selection[$i]['id'] == $_SESSION['payment'] ? true : false ), 'id="pmt-'.$selection[$i]['id'].'"');
} else {
echo zen_draw_radio_field('payment', $selection[$i]['id'], ($i == 0 ? true : false ), 'id="pmt-'.$selection[$i]['id'].'"');
}
// End of changes.
Hope that helps anyone who's interested in this!PHP Code:
<?php echo zen_draw_radio_field('payment', $selection[$i]['id'], ($selection[$i]['id'] == $_SESSION['payment'] ? true : false), 'id="pmt-'.$selection[$i]['id'].'"'); ?>

Hi,
It is with great regret that I have to announce the temporary suspension of support for all our modules.
Following a scan yesterday, I was immediately admitted to hospital and will be undergoing neurosurgery shortly. I will not have internet access again until I have sufficiently recovered. (From past experience I know that the neurology recovery wards don't have wifi, sadly! :) ).
If everything goes well I should hopefully be up and about and back in contact, if even in a limited capacity, in just over a week or so.
This sequence of events was completely unexpected, everything has happened much quicker than I anticipated so please accept my apologies for not being able to make alternative support arrangements and any inconvenience this lack of support may cause (I'm currently the only tech guy at Ceon).
If you are having any trouble, please be sure to read the installation instructions, configuration instructions and FAQs in the module's documentation. In our experience the information there answers all questions which are not to do with specific problems/issues with a server.
If you have any absolutely urgent contact queries please use the contact form on the website. I'll do my best to get simple mobile phone-based access to e-mail later in the week so that I can respond to these e-mails. I can't give any guarantee that I will be able to do this though (or indeed be able see again well enough, within a week, to read e-mail on a mobile phone! ;) ).
Thanks in advance for your understanding. :bigups:

Hi Conor, hope all goes well for you!
If anybody can help me, I have a problem.
As I have already posted here:
http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showth...625#post414625
My customers are getting the error: VPSTxID={65054B22-EA4D-81C4-3D0E-46C870A41175}
It now appears that their cards are getting charged every time they try!
What can I do to fix this? I need to get it sorted asap!
Thanks,
Steve.
Hi
Conor is the man but maybe we can help a little in the mean time.
Could you let us have some info:
Tools > Server/Version Info
This will at least tell us which version of Zen Cart you are using for a start.
Any info you can give us on which version of of the module you are using would be useful. Perhaps a screen grab of the config options (blank out any sensitive passwords/vendor names).
There has been a major upgrade recently by Protx and Conor too which means unless you've upgraded and enabled 3DSecure you will not be able to process Maestro cards which could be the problem you are having.
Have you tried a different card?
Can you disable Maestro in the config in Zen Cart?
