I have the mod running on several sites and have not been able to duplicate this problem on any of them.

These are the settings I have set in admin -> configuration -> email options

E-Mail Transport Method sendmail
E-Mail Linefeeds LF
Use MIME HTML When Sending Emails true
Send E-Mails true
