I am having this same problem. The file has been changed on the server. If I link to it on my server, it shows the correct logo. I have refreshed both caches, and waited for it to fix itself ..2 days later, the emails are still showing the zen logo. I have also, changed the link in the emails to be the ull url instead of the email/header.jpg... still not working.
