    Unfortunately not, this seems to be unique to your situation. The 2 dev sites that I tested on with SSL installed only changes http:// to https:// where yours adds an entire different domain https://####.#####-#####.co.uk/ before your domain.

    You could try hard coding the link removing the extra domain from the popup link.

    Here's my three cents..

    Excuse my bluntness, but your store setup is JANKY and this is probably a HUGE part of the issues you are having here!

    You have Zen Cart here:
    http://leedskoiandpondcentre.co.uk (Is this your live site?? What is this????)
    and here:
    http://leedskoiandpondcentre.co.uk/leedskoiandpondcentreuk/ (is this a TEST STORE??? What is this????)

    All the product links on
    http://leedskoiandpondcentre.co.uk point back to http://leedskoiandpondcentre.co.uk/leedskoiandpondcentreuk/ (WTF?????)

    Then on top of EVERYTHING you do not have a dedicated SSL cert which is why the SSL URL is as rbarbour stated:

    Get your store operating as a standard Zen Cart installation, get a dedicated SSL and then try testing this module again.. If you want to test/confirm that your shared SSL is part of the problem, then turn off SSL and see if the problem goes away..

    No I do not get what you mean.. What you have is a mess.. Please do not take this the wrong way, but I need to be blunt with you.. Your explanation of what you have done and why only serves to demonstrate that you do not understand how add-on domains work.. You have TWO Zen Cart stores, and a BIG mess you have created in setting this up.. This support thread is NOT the right place to work out your site setup/configuration issues..

    You can start a new thread and ask for help, but I suggest that you instead speak to your host and let them guide you through how you need to set up your primary and add-on domains so that they are configured correctly.. Just suffice it to say that you DO NOT need files in both the ROOT of your site and in a SUB FOLDER as you have done for your primary domain (which appears to be leedskoiandpondcentre.co.uk)..

    I am confident that if you get your store and SSL situation corrected, that the issues you are having with Flexible RMA will GO AWAY..

    Good luck!!

    Attention RBarbour

    I have not installed this version yet, but have been studying it in some detail to suit my needs, notably making the RMA form fluid, refining the error messaging and language defines, and a few other parts.

    1. In the following snippet from admin\includes\init_includes\init_ra_config.php, could you please tell what the part highlighted in red does?

    Code:
        $sql = "INSERT INTO ".DB_PREFIX."configuration VALUES (NULL, 'Set Return Action Dropdown List', 'RETURN_ACTION_LIST_OPTIONS', 'Get a Refund, Get a Replacement, Exchange for another item, Repair under warranty', 'Format: Action 1,  Action 2', '".$ra_configuration_id."', 16, NULL, NOW(), NULL, 'zen_cfg_textarea(')";

    2. wrt GRACE_PERIOD's and overseas shipping, different countries permit different shipping speeds and therefore incur different shipping durations. For instance, Australia's national post office Auspost provides a list of all countries grouped into just four shipping zones with corresponding shipping durations, whereby the shipping duration to the nearest zone (NZ) ranges 14-21 days shorter than to the furthest zones (Eastern Europe IIRC). Hence those customers furthest away from the store could have 7 days or less in which to file a return request, which puts distant customers at a distinct disadvantage. However, as such a country/zone list could easily be added to the zencart zones table, specifc code could then be written to adjust the GRACE_PERIOD's according to a customer's shipping zone or distance from one's store. ATM this is only an idea for a future release of the mod.

    Cheers

    This is an example of how to enter the values for the dropdown, in this case a space is required where as in most of zc no spaces are required like when entering pages to exclude left column on.

    This is a good point and should be easy to accomplish. I will play with it at my earliest convenience, have been extremely busy since my return to the states.

    Thanks. For further clarity perhaps change to 'Format: "Action 1, Action 2 , etc'

    Looking forward to this.

    Another thing I would like for the Action Requested (which I label Desired Remedy) dropdown to display "Please select" as a non-selectable option and the Default Action code removed altogether. (Shudder to think Clive would bat en eyelid). To this end, I have been trying to incoprorate a HTML5 <input> required Attribute into this dropdown code, but with no success as yet, even though I have been able to add a "required" to other dropdowns, eg country select.

    Code:
    	echo zen_get_country_list('zone_country_id', $selected_country, 'id="country" required' . ($flag_show_pulldown_states == true ? ' onchange="update_zone(this.form);"' : ''));
    Adding "required" as shown above removes the necessity of an error message for same, since the form simply will not process until a selection is made, and better still, modern browsers will highlight the dropdown field border if a selection has not been made.

    For further info on HTML5 <input> required Attribute, see:

    No need for an apology, I know first hand how easy time gets away from one.

    Will include in the updated release

    This should also be doable, start by looking at the Zen Cart Drop Downs function:
    function zen_draw_pull_down_menu($name, $values, $default = '', $parameters = '', $required = false)

    I plan to update bugs and make compatible with newest versions of Zen Cart this plugin but do not plan to further extend it's functions. I welcome anyone who would like to do so.

    Once I am positive the Zen Cart Dev team has the Admin side of 1.6.0 stable I plan to release the following to replace this plugin.
