Thank you everyone so much for helping me figure this out. Okay, so I've just learned something new...LOL...i have a mod I didnt even know was there! LOL!

So, Attribute Rollover is what allows the attribute hover feature, not IH4...how do I confirm if the mod is still installed? I can't seem to find it in any of the drop down options in the admin panel like I can with other installed mods. Maybe I can only see it in ftp? If it is still installed, how to I change the CSS and what do I change? I am completely lost

And while the issue is not IH4 related, for s**ts and giggles and checked to see if was enabled and it wasnt! So, I turned in back on
