Authorize.net module suddenly quit working communications error

Maybe enable "debug mode to logfile" within the Auth.net AIM module, test a transaction to the point of failure and then attach the contents of the associated error log (within CODE tags) The # symbol in the formatting menu just above where you type the response.

That might be more helpful than the error displayed onscreen.

Installing lat9's debug backtrace will also show additional debug information

None of my AIM or SIM myDEBUG logfiles are ever that short

Cant paste the links with this tablet. Google the first line text of the error. Might be something your host needs to fix.

I wait until this morning. the error: Comm results: 35 error:14094410:SSL routines:SSL3_READ_BYTES:sslv3 alert handshake failure is not showing up. I got an error that the API Login ID was invalid [shown in logs]. so I went to Authorize.net and got a new key. Now I get: Array ( [0] => A matching lookup could not be found for this authorization (CartID : 84145) ) again Not sure if I am missing a step

By chance, are you attempting to use TaxCloud

If yes, try googling
Array ( [0] => A matching lookup could not be found for this authorization

The debug file posted indicates a successful auth.net transaction. (at least in the TEST mode)

I disabled tax cloud about 8 months ago.


Just checked I see tax cloud is enabled again. I disabled it. And it is now working

it is AIM. can't upgrade. Try doing the steps, and it fails. The company paid long term for a hosting plan, and I can't upgrade the plan to a newer plan that supports the newer version of zencart. Checking link now

Besides glad to see problem is fixed, based on the above information you can upgrade (by rebuild) to ZC 1.5.4 as it is supported using PHP 5.4...
