Sorry about that. I was tinkering with it trying to figure it out while you were probably looking at it. Just realized that would make it difficult for you to trouble shoot it. I have put it how you suggested. Whenever you get a chance if you could take another look and let me know if there is a way to center both right next to each other regardless of window size.
