    Hi Andrew,

I just updated to 1.26 and the 'Value of Earned:' is still showing as $0.00

I processed a few orders to check and the points get allocated, but they do not have any $value against them. ????

What settings should I be checking to rectify this

    Thanks,
    Mike

    Ignore this.

All fixed, it was the global reward redeem ratio that was not set..

    -----------
    Sub-Total: $48
    Shipping : $13.0
    Total: $61
    Reward Points earned: 59

Then, I try another scenario to redeem my earned rewards as below, and found the reward points earned in this case is 0

    Sub-Total: $48
    Shipping : $13.0
Value of Redeemed Reward Points: -$29.5
    Total: $31.5
    Reward Points earned: 0

However, once I confirm the order, I find the "pending reward" updated to the client record is 59.

    So, anything wrong?

    Thanks!

I'm afraid I cannot reproduce it- I set up a product for €59, then set a special on it for €48 and it gives me 48 reward points.

    Hi,
first of all - superb module
    Second of all - i have a situation.. :)

I don't want my customers to be able to pay all the total price using the reward points. I need to be able to set the maximum percent of total price that would be covered by reward points. E.g. my customer has 20 rp = $20, the total price is $50, but I want the customer to be able to pay only 20% of the price by using rp, i.e. he would be able only to use 10rp ($10) (10 out of 50 = 20%) and will have to pay $40 in real money :)

    Any ideas on quick solution?
    Thanks!

The version that is currently on test (v1.26) allows you to set discount percentages instead of straight cash value. So if you set the highest break point to 20% it should do what you are looking for.

Thanks very much for the module. We've been testing it and love it!

I am wondering if there is an easy way to reset EVERYONE to zero and then give them all 200 earned points?

    Thanks!

Apologies - I quickly figured this out removing the points in phpMyAdmin but I can't seem to give everyone the 200 in the same manner because only those who have earned points previously seem to be in the reward_customer_points table.

Another question about rounding maybe? We have our earn ratio set to to 3.0. I would assume then, that if someone spent $100, they would get 300 points. This actually works - normally. When I put a $100 item in the cart, it gives 300 points.

I have my rounding set to 0.5 (the default)

However, I put an item in the cart that costs $12.50 and then put a quantity of 8 in the cart to make up $100, it only gives 296 points. If I set my rounding to zero, it gives 304 points.

Just some odd behavior I thought you might want to know about.
