What are your shipping configurations? For example are the products producing the error "Free Shipping" or "Free Shipping Options"?

Hi, yes we use the paypal pro module but the error is occurring between the product info page and the shopping cart page, not the checkout.

What's FEC, I'm not familiar with that?

Reason I was asking is that I have seen some issues with the FEC module and free shipping and downloads too. I think they have been corrected in newer versions.

PayPal PRO is a stock module.... Issues like this are generally caused from a conflicting module and/or file editing errors.

I see, no we don't have the fast and easy checkout module. I keep everything up to date so we should have the latest free shipping module.

I think it's strange that it only happens to some customers, and even then not all the time...?
