A Pink Boutique Support Thread

This happens when I use the text editor or the html editor or even when I manually edit the file. I just edited the home page with the text editor. I took a word out of the header below the picture. I didn't remove any of the html code, just the word. As you can see now the whole area just displays the code rather than the picture or the text. I noticed the post on page 15 but it didn't fit my exact problem. Thanks for all of your help.

There is no problem with the template. This is happening because you have the text editor drop down set to htmlarea instead of plain text.

Well, I used the sale maker and the same thing happened. I skipped the define pages editor all together.

It has to be something with this template as I can switch to other templates and do not have this problem.

Restored the main page file and tried again, works...Maybe it is due to the version being 1.3.9 and this template is for 1.3.8..I don't know

thesaintjim--You are incorrect. There is no problem with the template when used with 1.3.9 or 1.3.8, etc. I am thousands of others are using it with no problem. See the post on page 15 and apply the patch.

I am sorry I didn't follow that thread better. I have fixed my issues after creating that file and uploading it. Your template is amazing and my wife is very happy.

I am seeing a ton of p tags below your additional images. Did you add these to the tpl_product_info_display.php file? Or did you edit that file in any way? I would recommend replacing that file with the includes/templates/template_default/tpl_product_info_display.php file if you have edited it to restore the file to its original.

Thanks, I have removed all the <p> tags but it still does it only with the additional image?

I have just worked out what is causing it but don't know how to fix it. It is the horizontal line. I have a margin above it otherwise it cuts through all my text. Any ideas?

You need to take out the:

margin-top:125px;

that you added to the stylesheet. It looks fine this way in firefox.

If I do that it make other items that don't have additional images out of line tho?

You have added something to the css or tpl_product_info_display.php to cause this because the demo does not have this problem:

You can restore the template defaults by uploading an unedited version of the includes/templates/a_pink_boutique/css/stylesheet.css and includes/templates/a_pink_boutique/templates/tpl_product_info_display.php
