Help please! I have free shipping for a total of $45 worth of purchase. It doesn't work with COWOA. Free shipping is working only if customers log in. What should I do?

It's http://garnetsbox.com. I found out my mistake now. I tried to use an international shipping while my free shipping is set to national shipping only. This module really works great! It's just that the image for the order steps doesn't appear if you check it on my site.

Look to make sure that the files in this folder were installed.
install\includes\languages\english\extra_definitions

There are 3 files located here that define the order steps.

What stylesheet do I change the font color in the "Check out without account" and also need to know where I need to change the width of Returning Customers box.

Ok...I turned the split page off and it looks 100% better. Now my only questions is: Where do I change the font colors for the COWOA log in page text:

For a faster checkout experience, we offer the option to checkout without creating an account.

and

Note: Your "Visitors Cart" contents will be merged with your "Members Cart" contents once you have logged on.

Is this mod difficult to install? I just tried to do it but it messed up my cart so I went back to my previous version.

But I still want the mod! How long does it take? I have a lot of other mods and I see that I need to compare/merge 14 files. Seems a bit intimidating. Just looking for some feedback.

Hi, not is not difficult. As you can see, JTheed and other users offer great help. Yes, it takes time to merge files but it is worth it. I had installed the previous version, now I have updated it and it is really an excellent mod.

I checked everything again and again, and I think I have done everything right. I also set split-login, "COWOA", "Enable E-Mail Only" to true in configuration. Since I do not have a template folder, so I simply change the folder name "YOUR TEMPLATE" to "template_default". However, I don't think it could be the problem.

Then what's going wrong? :(

Did you turn on Enable Order Status in the COWOA Configuration screen?
This is it's own program. under include/modules/pages/order_status/header_php.php and includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/tpl_order_status_default.php. Make sure these 2 files are installed. Being that you do not have a custom template hopefully you put it under /includes/templates/templates_default/templates. You probably could have also used /includes/templates/classic/templates as well.

Thanks for your reply. I already turned on Enable Order Status and double checked the uploaded files. However, it still doesn't work.
Now I find another problem. No matter I turn on or off Enable Order Status, there is always a detailed invoice link in order status update email and order confirmation email. After I compared them with those account holders' emails, I found they are exactly the same...

Ah, no problem. I'm glad you found it. I use Super_Orders too!

I am wondering just where the following code (from Post 118) should be inserted. The initial reference was to around line #699 in admin/orders.php, however, my admin/orders.php is so modded that it is difficult for me to ascertain.

Between relevant sections would be better e.g. after the code for
if (MODULE_ORDER_TOTAL_DOUBLEBOX_STATUS == 'true') {
and before
require(DIR_WS_MODULES . 'orders_download.php'),
which is where line 699 falls in my case.

And many thanks JT for a great mod update.

The problem is that it doesn't touch that code in orders.php. Here is what you will need to get it to work as you want it to:

I just finished the install of COWOA 2.0c, which says it is compatible with ZenCart 1.3.9c (I upgraded my zencart files to 1.3.9c from 1.3.9a first and the site was still working after that). I have uploaded all the files from the COWOA Mod (I had to merge some of the code that was altered in my template) and I am at the step where I am supposed to install the SQL package from the Admin and I have two big problems:

1. My site doesn't display anything except the title in the title bar, the page is completely blank. Any ideas why this might be.

2. When I go to admin I get the message:

Error 403 - Forbidden

You tried to access a document for which you don't have privileges.

Any ideas on both of these problems?

I have it working, but it's not sending status emails and those that order with no account it's not printing an invoice number....I need help to fix this....Any one have any clues? I am also offering to pay a fee for the additional help as I'm on a deadline to resolve this issue.

You must have merged something incorrectly and this is why you are getting the blank screen. Did you check for error logs in your cache folder?

The status emails are in the file /includes/functions/extra_functions/super_orders_functions.php You will have to merge the email code from the admin/orders.php into the super_orders_functions.php.
