Ashley Pink Template Support Thread

sorry I figured out that it was the margin setting in the stylesheet.css.

tried changing the URL to slide 2 using the install instructions and now its all messed up, even after deleting the define_main_page.php and replacing it with an untouched one, still doesnt work.

please let me know what I am doing wrong. Thanks!

You should only be editing the define_main_page.php with a plain text editor (even in the admin area) because it has php code in it. Re- upload the includes/languages/english/html_includes/ashley_pink/define_main_page.php file and start over. Follow the instructions in the install.txt file for changing the main page slider image url's.

Hi I was working with your template, very pretty!

I like that there is space left above the template so it's not cruched into the browser.

I would like to leave a little more space, could you tell me what file I would use to add more space above the template at the top?

This template is almost perfect for me? Is there a free template just like this but not in pink? I prefer black background and not pink foreground.

How do you get rid of the "Categories" text and replace with something else? Is this possible? I also want to get rid of the image that goes right under Categories.

I want to do the same for "Sponsors" when I put up banner ads.

Hi Anne, may i know how to change the font size and colour of product price and details? as I found the grey wording is not easy to read.. :(... I have read thru the stylesheet.css, but couldnt understand the code...

Look in the stylesheet for the comment:

?*bof product info*/

All of the styles that I have used for the product info page are under that line.

I am having problems editing the background image of this template.

Is this correct what I have here?

I have placed the image in:

public_html/includes/templates/ashley_pink/images

That's because I took away the image that was not displaying correctly and went back to the standard bacground. I just changed the colour.

If you want to see how it looks then I will have to do this tomorrow, as I am going to bed. It's after 11pm here in London :)
