Ashley Pink Template Support Thread

Read through the docs files that came with the zen cart zip file. It has all of the security recommendations that you should implement and one of them is to turn off this feature.

OMG pls help...
I'm not exactly what I did...
I turned on, then off column right status global and now my slideshow pics are cut off.

I went to the define main page and set the images to 700px height 250px size but its still mess up!! ahh

It looks like the problem is solved now? Turning on and off the right hand column status should not have affected your slide show images. Did you do anything else?

its NOT solved :(
The slideshow is cutting off my slideshow images... it should be bigger. If you actually look at it, you can tell they are cut off.

Pls help if you can, gosh I should have backed up.

We recently had to take off the facebook social stuff below the add to cart, because under certain circumstances* it would give a warning that some items on page are not secure. It was the facebook stuff.

Do you know of a fix? Our SEO guy wants it onsite.

It disappears when they go anywhere else. Apparently this scenario places a "s" in the http, making the product page a secure page in that instant.

The code for the social bookmarking is from the AddThis site. I would recommend contacting them for a fix.

Thanks. Some of the button combinations work without causing a pop-up after login, if I put an "s" after http in the script. But even then, it is the like and +1 buttons that still cause a pop-up warning. I think we can get by with those that work for now, until can find a fix for the like/+1.

Hi, I'm currently using your template and love it, it's simple, pretty and yet very professional looking, but I'm using version 1 and don't wish to lose my settings, customizings etc. Can we get a list of files that has the actual changes and the ones specifically removed/added? Or at least the vital ones? ^^ I've read some of the specific changes that were made, but some weren't so specific. I want to update, but I'm afraid of messing with the wrong files. I have a file comparing program, so I'll be able to make the necessary changes. Thanks in advance :D

According to AddThis HTTPS / SSL Support if you replace all references to http with https it should work without error. Yet, this doesn't work for all the button styles.

I did some testing (with IE 9) and the IE "Only secure content displayed" issue is presents itself if the button style includes counter boxes for facebook, twitter and google plus (even if you use https). If you go to the AddThis website and customize the widget code to just include the social buttons without those counter boxes (and add the https) the SSL issue does not present itself.

I love this theme and I have gotten it all installed but at the bottom where I should have the footer links, I have this instead. Anyone know how to fix it?

Check to make sure you have all of the template files uploaded.  You are missing one of the english files.

I will try to work on this and get it posted, but I am super busy right now and have no estimated completion time. You can always go through the files with a file merge program to find the differences.

Check your install over and try again.. You need to review that all the files are in the correct places and that you read the installation instructions in full to ensure that you didn't miss any steps..

I agree that you are missing files. You can also check your cache folder for any error logs.

May I just say thank you for such a fantastic template, it was exactly what I was looking for and I am really happy with it.

This is my first time using zen cart so it has been many late late nights of trying to figure things out. I have managed to figure most things out but now I am really stuck and cannot find a solution......

I have finally redirected my domain from my old host to my new one and it went live today. My zen files have been moved to my public_html directory, and I have changed the configure.php files as mentioned to do, but when I go to my website all I get is the typed information. The template and all the images are missing.:oops:

Where could I have gone wrong? I thought I followed all the steps. my website is https://www.amagicalday.co.uk

Any help would be greatly appreciated as it is now live and looks a mess, not the image I want to portray for too long.:cry:
