Hello i have the Piccadilly Posh Template loaded with no issue until now.
My customers cant create an account on my web site (https://www.partycraze.com.au) we have been through the files and have no idea how to fix this error? Please help?

This is not a template related problem. I would look to other addons that you have installed. Any addons that you have installed that you want to work with a new template will need any template files to be re-installed. You can also check your /cache folder for errors.

I installed the new Picadilly Posh Template today after losing the Alysa Rounded template when I upgraded ZenCart to the latest edition.

I am trying to remove the site tagline words "By www.picaflor-azul.com" which are showing on the logo. I am following the step by step instructions but when I remove the words (making sure I keep the quotes intact) the logo banner moves up as does the search bar and the links look like they have moved off the page.

See screen shot.

Also, I was using the Alysa Rounded template but a few days ago I upgraded to the latest version of Zen Cart and now this template won't work. It is still there in the list but all you get is a blank page, the colour of the background, if selected. Any thoughts on this one?

Check for error logs in your cache folder.

For the tagline, in your stylesheet.css file, change this:

#tagline {color:#444443;font-size: 1.4em;text-align :left;margin-top:-60px;text-align:center;}
#logo {padding-top:0px;padding-left:0px;margin-top:-30px;margin-bottom:25px;position:relative;z-index:15010;}

to this:

#tagline {color:#444443;font-size: 1.4em;text-align :left;margin-top:-60px;text-align:center;display:none;}
#logo {padding-top:0px;padding-left:0px;margin-top:-30px;margin-bottom:0px;position:relative;z-index:15010;}

The templates are all compatible with version 1.5. Whenever you get a blank page you need to check your /cache folder for error logs and then correct the errors. Be sure your /cache folder permissions are set to 777.

Thanks Anne, worked a treat.

Another little problem though. I have just noticed that a few of my sub-categories are coming up with a blank page when clicking on them. As an example try a few of the sub categories in the Arts & Crafts category. I re did one of the categories but it still didn't work.

Also in the admin area there are many listings that are completely blank, no title, no description etc even though they are showing on the actual site and then there are some listings on the site that are missing the description. Strange. Any ideas on these problems?

These are not template related problems. I would recommend doing a search on the forum to see if anyone else has ever posted about these problems.

I'm trying to remove the links for twitter, you tube etc on the drop down menu Connect. Im following the instructions and adding .hfacebook{display:none;}, as an example, at the bottom of the file but it's not removing them. Also, if I wanted to, how do I remove the whole Connect tab from the mega menu.

Change what's in red above to your store name and site tagline.

Add this to the bottom of the stylesheet_mega_menu.css file:

.connect-li{display:none;}

Hello,

I'm trying to change the font across the whole site to Century Gothic. I made the change in the stylesheet (right at the top in the body section) and added: font-family: "Century Gothic", CenturyGothic, AppleGothic, sans-serif; - that didn't work so I just used century gothic only but that still didn't work.

Are you able to use a different font in the template and was I changing it at the correct spot?
