Minimum Customer Account Information - Support Thread

v1.4.2 is now available for download.

Given the current festuch regarding the 2015 EU Digital VAT (plus the fact that virtual products can be taxable), I'm withdrawing support for this plugin.

I've submitted a follow-on (http://www.zen-cart.com/showthread.php?215721-All-Products-Virtual-No-Shipping-Support-Thread) that will perform similar operations, but a customer's account-creation information is governed by your Zen Cart's built-in "Customer Info" and "Minimum Values" settings. That new plugin contains an upgrade path from MCAI.

Will this module work with v. 1.5.4? I want to make the telephone number not required. Thank you.

This module is no longer supported, but you don't need it to make the phone number not required. Two steps are needed on your part:

• Set Configuration->Minimum Values->Telephone Number to 0
• Create (by copying /includes/languages/english.php) and edit your template-override copy of that file (/includes/languages/YOUR_TEMPLATE/english.php, changing

 define('ENTRY_TELEPHONE_NUMBER_TEXT', '*');

to

 define('ENTRY_TELEPHONE_NUMBER_TEXT', '');

Thank you.

Please update this mod with the new copy of
./includes/modules/pages/checkout_confirmation/header_php.php
from the November 2015 patches
https://www.zen-cart.com/showthread.php?218914-Security-Patches-for-v1-5-4-November-2015

This plugin provides an additional header_php file for the checkout_confirmation page, but does not modify the base file.

Thanks for checking - my list of mods was built just based on the presence of this directory.
