Hi, I found an issue in my mobile version of my website. When loading the website on a mobile device, my featured images on my main page will not display any larger than 200px in width. I cannot find where in the settings this is able to be changed. My website is augiespanoramas(dot)com.
In Chrome on my desktop, I can replicate this issue using "Chrome UA Spoofer" but only when the width of my browser window is 980 pixels or less. I can't find this setting either. I am assuming it's Portrait settings in
/includes/templates/responsive_sheffield_blue/css/responsive_mobile.css but no matter what I do, nothing is changing. I am attaching this file, please help me!

actually, i found more issues with my mobile portrait CSS. The menu icon was pushed down further than it was and when opening the menu, the text is white on a white background. None of the changes I'm making are applying, it's almost like these options are being controlled by some rogue css file. Is there a way to narrow down where these settings are coming from specifically?

Nothing in stylesheet_flex.css that was useful (I dont think)
I have been heavily depending on Chrome Developer Tools as I've been editing my CSS files, I just can't figure out this one thing! See screenshot that I attached. For some reason, it is receiving a width="200" and height="67". The height seems to be adjusting as it's set to auto all over the place, but I cannot find where this 200px number is coming from. img[Attributes Style] {width: 200px;} ???!!!

ok, it looks like jquery is manipulating your images. so you need to look at the .js files. jquery is a javascipt library. https://jquery.com/

the files are within the template jscript folder.

with the developer tools open, if you look at your site on an iphone, and turn off javascript from the settings menu in dev tools, and then refresh the page, you will see something very different than with javascript enabled. so one of the files within that jscript folder is manipulating your page to give you what you are seeing.

jquery is great and very powerful in manipulation, but there is a bit of a learning curve to it. it's similar to css in that it makes use of selectors, but then can add or manipulate items.

Were you using a different template prior to this one? I had similar issue with featured products - turned out there was a switch turned on by old template (Winchester Black Responsive in my case ) in the database that remained and interfered with this template. I turned it off directly via phpMyAdmin.

Below is how to fix the Category Boxes so they line up. You only need to add 1 line of code to the CSS for the height. It's better than white space being displayed due to different lengths in descriptions.

Find the below code in \includes\templates\responsive_sheffield_blue\css\stylesheet.php

OK. I see in includes/modules/sheffield blue/featured products - it says if Carousel Featured Producsts called for then do this...which uses the class 'panel' and its css styling. And it says if not doing that, then...do such and such, which is what Sheffield Blue wants and uses that styling.

In Winchester Black Responsive, the Carousel for Featured Products is used and in the admin/configs there is a heading to turn it on, modify it etc.

Sheffiled Blue Resp doesn't use the Carousel so the options to turn it on/off/modify aren't present on the admin/configs page . But my database which includes my earlier Winchester Black stuff has the options config, and its turned on because that's what I did in the Winchester template.

Solution: in phpMyAdmin, find in zen configuration: Carousel Featured Products and edit from 'true' to 'false'.

Item #2 re-emphasizes why #1 was important.
Item #5 is saying that the file of the ZC 1.5.5 template and the same file provided for this template need to be merged and the file from this template needs to at least include the specified changes. (of course they're in the ZC 1.5.5 version, that's why they need to be added to the RSB template.
Item #6, we'll, unfortunately in that post there is no signature. Github is a storage location where code can be written, managed and otherwise shared (publicly or privately). Because it was either removed or not included, if the content remains available on his github account, then you'll have to find the link through some other source/post.

It's my guess that the issue with the site not displaying stems from not completing item #5.

This is a great responsive theme (I managed to install it in one day ... for the most part ... I have upgraded zencart to the 1.5.5a today also), thank you so much for creating it. I have an issue, it appears to be with JSON and the error happens only when I try to login to the site or when I try to add something to the shopping cart ..... the error reads something like this

unexpected token m in json at position 0 was received while processing an ajax call. The action you requested could not be repeated ... I click OK the requester goes away and I can continue with the new page .... any ideas ?

Thanks for this this. I have been able to restore the functionality of the Share and Connect icons by making the corrections via phpMyAdmin
