Pricing and Free Shipping missing

Could you add a NEW product call it Test or something and set to Always Free Shipping with a Price on it ...

Make sure you switch to Classic Template for a few minutes ...

I will switch to the Classic and leave it up. There you go.

I really don't get it ... if you have have everything turned on for the Product General product type that you have no price showing on the listings, product_info page, All Products, New Products etc.

You show an image for the Product General product type on the Edit Layout that shows this set to no:

Product Free Shipping Image Status - Catalog
Show the Free Shipping image/text in the catalog?

Can you check that and set it to YES?

I am thinking that, somehow, with this template, the free shipping image is placed somewhere else. I just can't be in the "normal" place. and yes, the product free shipping image status is set to Y. BUT, it is still saying that the image "DOES NOT EXIST." That is why is think that the image is stored somewhere else.

I am afraid at this point I don't get why things are not working on your site ...

The New Product listing shows the products but next to:
Price:

nothing shows ...

Your All Products is broken on the Classic Template ...

No where does the Free Shipping icon show ...

Prices show on the shopping_cart and the checkout and sideboxes but no where else ...

You could try getting something like Beyond Compare from scootersoftware.com that would allow you to compare your site on your computer on your server and see if anything is missing or damaged ...

You could also try installing a TEST database in a TEST directory and install just the demo products with no add ons and see if that works properly on your site ...

I am thinking that possibly I should reinstall the template and see if that cures the whole thing. What do you think? I am also wondering if there may be errors in the logs but I don't have a program to open them. Do you know what program opens that kind of thing?

Where are you seeing the image does not exist? If you mean in the Product Type that is not a used featured at this time ...

I think I would be better off starting from scratch and reinstalling v154 all over again and then reinstalling the template instead of trying to salvage this. I think I've wasted enough time on this. What is your opinion?

That is for the feature that is NOT used at this time and there for future use ...

You appear to have set on the Product Type the Free Shipping image but it is not used anywhere ...

That sounds a lot better ...

I would not add any add-ons to start with ... first add some products to test with a clean install and the Classic Template and get everything working properly before you even try to add a new template ...
