I sounds like you forgot to upload the javascript file?

(I THINK I included it in the download).

It was the rights on the file my .js file was not on good right on (444) I have on
744 and it works

Thanks for the update, I'm not sure how that happened as its obviously right on my site for it to work and the same file(s) exist in the contribution, thank you for PMing me also.

BTW on my test 1.3.0.1 shoppe I found several orders listed in /admin/orders.php which do not display the pop-up balloon icon. I have no idea why?

Kelvyn, please look up, next to the Zen Cart Gear is downloads, please check the admin section and you will find it. It was there from the first day of the new downloads :wink2:
The above posts your refering to were before the downloads were made available.
Its now on 1.2 for numerous reasons and I wouldnt ever advise using old versions of any contribs.
Im not sure why you still have problems as this is the first I have heard of it.
Please pm me and ill try and help you work out whats going on.

Any suggestions on how to best escape out the apostrophe within product names so they show up correctly but don't blow up Zen Cart program/mods ;-)

Part of confusion may be that previously in this thread "Info at a Glance Admin V1.2. Zen_Cart 1.2.5d.zip" is shown as the latest release. So I interpreted that release was for ZC 1.25 users ONLY, not for ZC 1.3x users. Thus I continued to assume v1.1 was the latest version for ZC 1.3x users (as I was not aware 1.2 was later updated to support ZC 1.3x).

Anyway I see now v.1.2 of your mod was uploaded on 05.30.06 to the download section and indeed it shows support for ZC 1.3.0.1, 1.2.7 and 1.2.5d. Good to see. I will download 1.2 and test out.

I have 1.0 still installed with the patches posted early in this thread. Do you have a change log/upgrade solution for going from v1.0 to v1.1 and also for upgrading from v1.1 to v1.2? Or direct from 1.0 to 1.2?

And/or if a v1.3 of your mod is eminent a file change log/revision history in that package would be a nice inclusion. ;-)

You may want to re-upload as the filename appears corrupted:

info_at_a_glance_admin_v_Compatable with 1.3.0.1, 1.2.7 and 1.2.5d.2.zip

I assume this is version 1.2 ???

If so "info_at_a_glance_admin_v1.2.zip "should be sufficient ;-)

If there are different 1.2 versions I suggest 1.2.0 and 1.2.0.1 or similar?

Well, it's only one file to fix, but here it is....
rename extension to php and add to admin folder AFTER dragging the rest of the folders across.

This is a great contrib! Nice work but I think the language file should be in lanaguages/extra datafiles .. no biggie tho.. at least not until a new core patch comes out.

@Wood - I'd like to hear more about the modifications you made.. I too like your idea of adding more than just the product name.. like email addy or country even.

But this mod is a big help! much easier than trying to find who ordered the product i just finished working on. and the search doesn't search by products ordered yet.. (almost got a working contrib for that tho)

And, it works! What I don't understand, is how it was working for other people on 1.3.0.1 And not me!

The latest is now 1.3 available in the downloads, I would not suggest using anything else. I have no idea where that index.php22 file came from at all as theres no such file on my harddrive.
Most of what woodymom suggests above was already in 1.2 and as soon as the download was opened it would have been apparant which version it was.
There are only 3 small blocks of code to cut and paste into 2 files. The readme is very long as it has the code for 3 different versions of Zen (never again!).
It also contains info on how to change what gets shown in the rollover.

I had hoped that people would have pmd me to try to keep this thread short, oh well ce la vie. :smile:

What is "v_V" about?

Regarding index.php22... I have never observed before a mod package containing a file in which the author does not even know the source and states the file is not on his hard drive. Hope it is not some sort of worm or something. SCARY!

I dont use the super_orders whatever that is but that error message is telling you that on line 993 there is one extra < that should not be there.
Try looking at 993 and removing whatever looks wrong or please post line 993.

BTW The latest version is now 1.4 which has an updated readme and is in the download section now including kelvyns change he mentioned above.

hi does anyone have this working with super_orders

if so could they supply their admin\super_orders.php

i can seem to get it to display properly

Please look at 1.4 in the downloads section as the readme instructions are a little different.

As I say I dont use that but if you can provide more info it would be good.
What isnt being displayed properly?

The current file is named V.1.4.4 I think theres a bug in the downloads section or something as this was file number 4 to be uploaded.
The 3rd file to be uploaded was appended by 3 at the end.
I also found that index22.php or whatever it was, I was searching the wrong hard drive.
