Recover Cart [Support Thread]

a_berezin:

recover_cart_sales.php on line 265
change

$outEmailAddr = '"' . $custname . '" <' . $inrec['email'] . '>';

> to
> ```
$outEmailAddr = '"' . $custname . '" <' . $inrec->fields['email'] . '>';

This fix worked for me. Thanks!

Re: Recover Cart [Support Thread]

I grabbed the latest. Made the change above, but I still get my html email with just

Inquiry from izadra
$EMAIL_MESSAGE_HTML

inside my html email template.

Other than that, everything looks great. What am I overlooking?

Hi,

I am getting this error when using recover cart sales when I go Reports-recover carts

Line 134 is- $rc_cnt = mysql_num_rows($conquery);

And then when I go to Tools- Recover carts I get this-

Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/.katsumi/michelle_rvc/michellesgaragesale.com/newcatalog/admin/recover_cart_sales.php on line 390

Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/.katsumi/michelle_rvc/michellesgaragesale.com/newcatalog/admin/recover_cart_sales.php on line 390

Line 390 says- if (mysql_num_rows($donequery) > 0) {

Any help would be appreciated- Thanks!

Re: Recover Cart [Support Thread]

thanks a_berezin and everyone else. My webhost just recently disabled Register Globals and as soon as that happened I noticed RecoverCarts also gave me all the same problems you guys have.

I got the latest fix from a_berezin's site and its working perfectly. One thing tho, the "GO" button by the "# of days" filter points to a directory, but not an actual image. And the directory it points to doesn't exist either. Does anyone have a go button?

please update this fixed version in the downloads section too :)

If you draw this button I will add it to rcs mod.

Re: Recover Cart [Support Thread]

Although this mod works fine it's generating an error as well:

PHP Warning: mktime() expects parameter 1 to be long, string given in /admin/stats_recover_cart_sales.php on line 30

Line 30 = ```php
return date(DATE_FORMAT, mktime('', '', '', $month, $day, $year));

I also get this error if the attribute is set to true under the configurations for Recover Cart:
**[error] PHP Fatal error: Cannot use object of type queryFactoryResult as array in /admin/recover_cart_sales.php on line 481**

Line 481 = ```php
$prodAttribs .= '<small><i> - ' . $attribrecs->fields['poname'] . ' ' .

Any help with this is appreciated.

Thanks!

Re: Recover Cart [Support Thread]

Thanks Andrew, that fixed the error messages. However, the mod is still generating this error: client denied by server configuration: /admin/includes/languages/english/images/buttons/index.php

I suspect it has something to do with the button issue (where the go is just x'd).

How do I set global to ON (To use the download version) and what the security issues when it is ON? Can someone enlight me?

Any luck with this yet? It would be so wonderful if the e-mails could be sent as HTML, much prettier :D

Also, what is the latest version number? I have recover_cart_sales_1.5.

Thanks!

Re: Recover Cart [Support Thread]

Hi Andrew

Thanks for this great mod. I have a small issue however.

Site stats

zen - v1.3.5
globals off - (prefer not to put on)
Mysql - 4.0.27
php - 4.3.11
Server - linux 2.4.21-32.0.1.EL

Problem

When clicking on an item description to view specifics within tools>recover cart sales I get the following error and nothing else shows up

1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ':b878d4bd907e33e159bba2e31a633e55' at line 1
in:
[select * from products_to_categories where products_id=298:b878d4bd907e33e159bba2e31a633e55]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

I did install the sql file, several times!!

I haven't checked any of the other functionality of mod yet such as email etc

TIA for any thoughts!!
