Bit late to reply to this as I was actually looking for something else, but the Direct module gives no order problems at all, used to get a few of the missing orders on the form, but its definately as someone said, a blip between the communcation from sage pay to the checkout_success. I understand this is an issue that Paypal has aswell!!
This was a big reason why I went to Sage pay direct and has been absolutely flawless in that departement. plus it looks a bit more proffessional
