A Different Zen Template or "Sage"

Hi, new to Zen Cart here.
I see that the last post on this thread was in 2011. I hope the thread is still active.

I just installed this template (Sage) and like it as it is and would like to make just two minor changes:

  1. I would like to increase the size of the header area
  2. Insert an image to cover the whole header area (from corner to corner)

I decreased the main wrapper width from 100% to 73%.

Thank you.

You would have to alter the tpl_main_page_.php and separate the header wrapper form being inside of the main wrapper

  1. Insert an image to cover the whole header area (from corner to corner)
Your image would have to consist of a repeating background image to be fluid and a distinct image could overlay it

Thank you

Re: A Different Zen Template or "Sage"

I really love the fluid design. I've been looking for such a feature for a ling time.
We upgraded from 1.39 to 1.5.1 yesterday. Things looked great so I uploaded the Sage template this morning. OOPS!

Tried to check out from the shopping cart page

https://svpbookstore.com/index.php?main_page=shopping_cart

and received a blank page at this link:

https://svpbookstore.com/index.php?main_page=checkout_shipping

I'm checking around to see what this is and why it's not coming up. I suspect the problem might be the Sage folders were not put into the correct places. Any ideas?
