I notice that you are still having problems with the first 3 images... that is because the file name contains spaces. Try renaming them without the spaces (either remove the space completely or replace them with an underscore _.
I was able to view the images by copying and pasting the url in a new browser window, but noticed that the browser automatically added %20 where the spaces were... I'm guessing that this and other image pop up scripts are not typically set up to do this.
Your first image name is R2 EBONYsm1.jpg.. you should rename it to either R2_EBONYsm1.jpg or R2EBONYsm1.jpg. That should solve your problem.

Make sure the image you are uploading for these have the proper extension and there are no spaces or special characters in the name. When you look at the properties of the images that are not displaying it doesn't have a complete image name.

Whereas the images that do show up are complete

Have you tried rearranging the sort order of these to see what happens? If you do that and it's still the same 3 images then I bet something is wrong with the images. If you do it and it's still the first three in the set, then it must be something else. I don't know what, but at least you would be one step closer to figuring it out.

OK - I have read through the last 2 pages and can't seem to find the answer to my problem.
I have installed the latest version of this module and things seem to have gone smoothly for the most part. On most of the attributes it seems to work perfectly. However, check out this page:
http://www.finefittings.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=90_94_130&products_id=580
Notice - All the attributes seem to work EXCEPT the first three. I have checked to make sure these attributes were labeled properly ending in _LRG and are located in the correct file. I have even relabeled and reloaded them under different names thinking there might be a name conflict in the jscript for a attribute value. I have also tried changing the attribute value on the product. The only things I think I have not tried is changing the actual picture being uploaded - but I doubt the module would have a problem with the number of pixels being loaded.
I get the same result every time - most of them work, but some of the attributes will not show a picture no matter what I do to that attribute. Also, you might notice that that attribute does not work no matter what wig that attribute is used on. I am beginning to think there is something wrong with the picture itself even though they are all jpeg pictures and the same size.
Any insight into this problem would be appreciated.
Thanks,
