Okay, I see my issue. I had created a duplicate of the file in the same directory and that was screwing it up. Sorry!!

There are rules concerning weight on USPS ... there is also a rule on amount for one of the shipping methods on orders over $400.00

These will disable shipping methods if the weight does not work for that method or the order total is over $400.00

I used USPS website and it gives me 4 options, all of which I have enabled.
I have tried to estimate shipping to UK and Canada and they nothing comes up for any of them.

I am stilling working on it and nothing. I even installed UPS so I could see if there was something else wrong. Did you get those prices off my shipping est? I can't get anything international but the UPS?

Zen Cart version 1.3.0 and I physically removed the old files (replacing them with the new patch files). Other than updating the module, nothing else was done. It's currently set to Production server. Ideas? Thoughts? Is this USPS or me?

Where is the regular Express Mail International (non-flat rate, non-envelope)? That's the one I'm referring too. Basically the Global Express Mail (GEM) for packages replacement. If you use the calculator on the website you'll see what I'm referring too.

minor bug in the new usps module to fix Express Mail International:

in the this->intl_types

'ExpressMailInt' => 'Express Mail International (EMS)',

should be

'Express Mail Int' => 'Express Mail International (EMS)',

flat rate envelopes "Express Mail International (EMS) Flat Rate Envelope" are the wrong rate. ill fix this in a few minutes and post the fix

I have looked and can't find how to run the debug for USPS, can you point me in a direction? Maybe that will do something.If you are using the May 14 (or newer) module, and have gone into your Admin and removed and re-installed the module, then you'll see a "Debug" option at the bottom of the configuration settings. If you turn it on ("Email"), then you'll get an email sent to the store-owner with all the response details received from USPS when requesting a quote.

Until an address is given the Shipping Estimator has nothing to estimate on any Shipping module that does a rate quote on a call to another server ...

Add an address ... get a quote ... :cool:

Actually I had this issue...I changed from the staging to production. I thought I read somewhere to use the staging, but then seen another post to use production, so went ahead and changed to production. Estimated starting working again.

yeah, testing and production are working right now but staging is timing out for me.

For international. Has anyone gotten this and resolved past it yet?

1. Which shipping methods do you have enabled in USPS?

2. Does switching between staging and production server make any difference?

3. If you turn on debug logging, what's appearing in the emails you receive?

4. What is the destination address of the customer you're testing with? And your zip code shipping from?

FYI...it seems to be working fine for me, for the most part. We're running 1.3.7 and followed the instructions as previously outlined.

The shipping classes we have enabled are:

Domestic Shipping Methods
Express, Priority, First Class, Parcel

International Shipping Methods
Global Express, Express Mail Int, Priority Mail Int, First-Class Mail Int

However, I do NOT see the Global Express or Express Mail option pop up on my international orders. I have tried a couple of different addresses (Taiwan and Canada) and I only get the Priority Mail International and First Class Mail International option.
