Display price with VAT/TAX and Ex VAT/TAX

Hi, i installed the mod, everything seems to display correctly, unless i show prices with VAT included.

Prices show fine in product info, product listings etc, but when i add to cart. In the Side box it displays £0.00 inc vat

Hi, i tried it and it still displaying £0.00 Inc VAT in the sidebox shopping cart.

If i click on shopping cart the correct amount are there.

This only happens when i display prices including VAT or Without VAT. If i use prices with inc/ex or ex/inc prices are fine, and prices are correct in shopping cart sidebox & shopping cart.

I installed the module and it works perfectly but I'd like to change a thing.

Today I have selected administracion Ex / Inc to appear on the invoice me prices excluding VAT.

But I want it to appear on the shop price first invested with taxes and down without VAT.

Is it possible?.

I have problem with the shipping showing without tax, all the way from the shopping cart to the end of the order process. I also would like to show prices for shipping, products, postiennakko(cod fee!, this is a finnish module), coupons etc. including tax in the order process. i have done what is mentioned in the faq, i have also Vat mod138 module installed, and suomenposti shipping module installed. It is working in all other places except for the order process, it is so close to be fully integrated, but still something is missing:cry:
It would help alot just to get the shipping costs to show included and excluded vat, this is the main issue because it looks a bit stupid otherwise, but this would only be in the shipping estimator then.

Its a shame if i have to give up on such a good mod.

Shortly, is there a simple way to get this mod to do this:

Product: 10€(inc tax 22%)
Shipping: 10€(inc tax 22%)
Tax: 3,61€
Order total:20€

Instead of:

Product: 8,196€(tax 0%)
Shipping: 8,196€(tax 0%)
Tax: 3,61€
Order total:20€

using the inc/ex function in the admin. if that clearifys something.

it has something to do with the currencies.php file but line 111 is just the php end ( ?> ) I have checked all the files in question for the empty lines after ?> but nothing.

I know I have missed something but I am lost on what it is. Can anyone help:unsure:

UPDATE TO MY PROBLEM
I have removed all the Ex VAT / Inc VAT code from my site and everything is working again with no debug errors :unsure:

The version of Zen Cart is 1.3.8a/1.3.8

I had solved the problem,now I used the contribition(you contribute),but when I go to checkout, the sub-total is still the Ex VAT.
eg: EX VAT $200, tax rate 7%，then Inc VAT $214,but the sub-total is $200.

That is correct- The mod does not affect the sub-total.

I have the EUVAT mod installed so when a vat registered customer logs into my website they can only view ex.vat prices. Currently with this mod when a vat registered customer logs in, the customer can see both the ex.vat and inc.vat felds which have the same ex.vat price. I therefore want to be able to hide the inc.vat field for vat registered customers when they log into my store? a solution will be most appreciated. :yes:

I should be able to do it without have to write a specific "EUVAT mod" mod. A check to see what the VAT/TAX is and if it is zero display only one price. But then do we need a new tag to display after the price to say "VAT exempt" or "VAT 0%" rather than "Inc VAT" and "Ex VAT"???

If you want to keep it simple then i just need to hide all the inc. vat fields. However, the new tag is a good idea if you have time.

It's "much of a muchness" as we say over here- If you want to hide the tag then just don't enter any text into it.
